ive had the worst few days in a long time..

i can cope with not having alcohol...
but my heads started to go awol on me..
and i cant cope with it..

one day at a time is working for me........

its difficult to explain...

it just keeps going over and over and over stuff ......
it keeps running when im trying to do odaat..
it keeps analysing things....
i can usually cope with it but it working over time :mad:

ty ac.i can identify with everything you have said and have felt the same way many many times.remember that old saying "this too shall pass" what worked for me was at times like that i broke the day down into one hour at a time and phoned a friend as many times as i needed to.

I've said it before, I was told that I would fail, not to plan for it, not do it as an exscuse, but to know it will happen.

When it does, try and work out the events that led up to it, work out what you can do to stop it happening again. Get on with the nicer side of life.

Sorry to hear that Mich but I'm sure you will pick yourself up again. If anyone knows how difficult it is its you but you do have friends to help see you through building up those figures again.

Poor ac is today worrying about flying on holiday next week without a drink to keep her calm.
