Hi all

Well I've been away on holiday, first time touring in a caravan, now I'm back I thought I'd give you a quick update on me.
I haven't given up drinking, as many of you know this was never the plan anyway. The last 2 nights for example I had half a glass of wine each night. Then nothing for 3 nights before that, a few glasses of wine before that, nothing above normal social drinking and at a BBQ.
Having the odd small binge, but mainly when I'm with other people, not drinking by myself hardly at all.
Haven't managed to keep off the cigs, which is really annoying, had a few health, work and relationship issues which is a good excuse to keep on them for me. Still planning to stop any day now.
I'm working at my relationship with the OH, she's putting effort in as well. Its getting better mostly.

Glad to read you all seem to be fine, keep at it ac, I think you are doing brilliantly.
