Ideal.
Only thing I would add is another line......
Please confirm receipt of this letter and that no further money is owed or will be taken.
Nothing else is required

I'd also suggest sending it Recorded Signed For[tm] (mentioned in the letter) to make sure they can't deny not getting it, and sending a CC (marked on both) to your bank.Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0 -
Will do Thanks0

I have been harassed by a loan company, Financial Plus Ltd., who have taken three unauthorised payments from my bank account and are refusing to refund me. They have literally cleared my account, leaving me with no money. Help!0

I have a recurring transaction problem with the AA, I have a Visa dispute form going through at the moment but they can only try and claim for money lost in the last 120days,(I tried this last year but nothing happened dont hold out much hope with them this time either.) and this has been going on for nearly 10 years!!! cancelling cards will not work they have cancelled loads of mine and re issued new ones but once a year out comes the money.I have done every thing that you are advised to do in these situations but here is the real problem, the AA have no record of me or my details on their data base so where do i go from here? I want my money back as i do not have membership with them i have no membership card no membership number no correspondence with the AA what so ever and have not done so for at least 10 years so i have no idea what i am paying for.
If there is any one out there who is going through the same thing with the AA or even better has beaten them metaphorically speaking please let me know.0 -

Have you asked for details of the transactions from your bank?
The reason i ask is because i used to work in General Insurance and we often got calls from people who were being charged for policies they did not own. The banks usually had a policy number showing against the payments so we were able to trace from there.
Just a thought.(c) Broke in Yorkshire. ( there are worse places )

Hi Guys,
Would really appreciate your help here. Has anyone ever signed up for something that you thought you were getting a real bargain and not read the small print where actually they take money out of your account on a monthly basis and quite a substantial amount?
I can't believe I got roped into this but yes it’s happened to me, the worst thing is I can't even remember when I did it or which company it was for?
Basically every month I am getting payments coming out of my account from a company that changes their name each time they take money out.
The bank has told me there is nothing I can do apart from closing my whole account. I am also worried about declaring it as fraud because it was something I signed up to originally!
Please help
Thanks Guys xxx0
