Gladly. It was the Wrexham store.
I emailed them the other night with my list of gripes, and they've phoned me up today to apologise and ask for my address !!!0 -

Are they going to send you a loyalty voucher or something ?
It is unlikely I will be visiting them as I live in London !Thank you for reading this message.0 -
I dont know, she didnt say.
She just said she would log the complaint, gave me a reference number and said she needed my address so she could send me a letter. She didnt mention a voucher but I will let you know.
I complained that as well as the points pallava, I have not received the schools vouchers the last few times I've been and done big shops !!!0 -
... I was served by a very abrupt lady. I tried to explain that my points hadn't gone on and she just shouted at me that the points are only on chart CDs. It was only when I produced a photo from my phone that I took last week to prove that the CD was included in the points offer that she relented.
I was wary of them removing stickers, so when I was in last week, I took a picture to prove the CD I purchased had a shelf sticker with the offer on.
I wasnt for backing down, but the customer service staff were just down right rude.
She did finally give me my 500 points, but I had to fight for it.
I've just emailed Tesco Customer Services to complain about the store in general !!!
Yep - so I'm not alone then ! http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=31717959#post31717959

Used to, Dave, when really NEEDED to cos income so low, couldn't understand folk who saved them for 'deals'. Then last year did that and saved a small fortune on son's birthday go karting, since then saved them. Finally Debt Free (£8k to zero) yay! :j :j

yea true - when times are hard (and they still are, for some) you have to make the best of these things. A £10 voucher, saved from gained points over the course off 6 months shopping could be make or break or a family.
But, tbh.. the same could be said for saving the points for deals and days out, as many family may not be able to take the kids to say Alton Towers so to the prices but with Tesco Vouchers, this has helped them get out and about0 -

I used to shop in Tesco's for the points for years, way back to the beef in gravy fiasco. Then I started doing audits for Tesco and Morissons for work. I find the price difference quite staggering. So now I audit Tesco get in my car, and drive down to Morissons for my shopping. On my weekly spend of £50-60 I reckon I must save at least 10-20% due to the lower prices. It makes you think how habit forming collecting loyalty points is and also that they have to get their money back from giving the points by having higher prices.
I am not posting to get anyone's back up, just a thought. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Tbh, we shop mainly at Morrisons as its just around the corner to us, but do now and again shop at Asda, if we're out and about, and need a shop
Only downside of Morrisions is you cant shop online. We only use Tescos as a last resort, or if theres a promo on when we know we'll get enough points for our annual theme park break away.0
