clicked on the £13 tesco profit on the right of this page then click on the bit where its says this is online and it took me to the extra points for cds on the grocery page of tesco .com ordered a couple to be delivered with my shoppng and got 500 points when i checked out , hope it works for you,

you dont have to do what i said above , just go to tesco .com grocery, click on household then click on cds and dvds just tried it and got 2 more cds added to ny order, good luck.:)

I bought the new Boyzone CD on Saturday at £9.85 only because the label said it was 500 extra clubcard points (as know I could get it cheaper elsewhere).Dont remember any mention of buying 2 cd's for points as label was definately '500 extra clubcard points' under that CD.

Where would it show on my receipt if I had been awarded them?

So, I cant see that I have been given the extra points and will be peeved if not.Unfortunately didnt think to take pic of shelf label.

You have to buy 2 of the selected CDs, so I doubt you'd get the points. You may be able to argue your case if there genuinely aren't any signs up saying that you have to buy 2, but certainly in the shops I've been in there are posters up as well as the SEL's.

I have been back in today because my points still havent appeared, and I was served by a very abrupt lady. I tried to explain that my points hadn't gone on and she just shouted at me that the points are only on chart CDs. It was only when I produced a photo from my phone that I took last week to prove that the CD was included in the points offer that she relented.
I was wary of them removing stickers, so when I was in last week, I took a picture to prove the CD I purchased had a shelf sticker with the offer on.
I wasnt for backing down, but the customer service staff were just down right rude.
She did finally give me my 500 points, but I had to fight for it.
I've just emailed Tesco Customer Services to complain about the store in general !!!

Perhaps you should name and shame the store, so if anyone else visits them they can be forearmed !
