It looks like the time window for FTB is going to be huge (5-6 years maybe more).
Suits me just fine.
So much for the "get in quick before the boat leave" crew. Anybody who mention the ''boat'' analogy in the next few years is seriously deluded.
I never understood that actually, the fear of missing out. Is this something more prominent in the four-legged wool-growing animals?More bearish than bullish at the moment0 -

And angry because despite their best efforts to depress everyone into submission, house prices keep rising anyway.:D
And your insistance in spamming us with prices since February ignoring anything before hand.0 -

Your assertion is that I consistently say the crash is over.
This is obviously false, as you are unable to provide any examples.
I'l return when you can provide some examples of me saying the crash is over, rather than just random examples of me revelling in prices rising just now. You'll obviously find many of those.;) Stretching back many months.:D
But thats not the same thing at all as declaring the crash to be over. It is ending, it is close to being over, we are in the bump along the bottom phase, small rises, small falls, but it's not quite over yet..... I'll let you know when that occurs.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
