Have had a really busy weekend. spent Saturday taking a friend to rehome his cats, long drive and a bit emotional (for him) but they have gone to a good home and as he is moving in with his girlfriend who is highly allergic to them well it just had to be done. Anyway after a few scratches and unpleasant smells in the car all done and dusted they have a wonderful new home with a barmy but lovely owner.:)
Then i went with my friend over to her inlaws to spend the night before another early start to a boot sale to sell off loads of their stuff before they emigrate, got rid of loads and may some good cash, also bought a new headcollar for ned. We had a pub tea to celebrate and then a long drive home. Early start again today for school run and sort out things here. So just had a lovely hot shower and am realaxing a wee bit absolutely cream crackered now.Visa £[STRIKE]5063 [/STRIKE]now 0. Loan 1 €[STRIKE]4885[/STRIKE] now 0. Pouring with rain here this morning really miserable. Had a late night last night as it was a party for our friends who are leaving for oz soon. It was about an hour away so we were late home and then up early to take dd to work for 9. DH is working today and has taken ds1 with him to assist. Im going to get the washing sorted as it looks like mrs wongs in the utility room again!! Not sure what to do for tea either. Money really short now as had to use banks as DH didnt get paid when expected so hopefully will make it through to the end of the month without going o/d. Had charges this month too which I havent had for about 2 yrs, I didnt make enough online transactions to qualify for free banking  could have done without that, I hate paying out money for nothing IYKWIM.
Anyway enough rambling have also had our first duck egg today :TVisa £[STRIKE]5063 [/STRIKE]now 0. Loan 1 €[STRIKE]4885[/STRIKE] now 0. Loan 2 €29,590 now €0 as of 22/02/2016 Mgage €55000/ €23,639 at 01/02/18

Ouch. That makes me think of the *world* financial problems - but I hope yours can get sorted soon, turfy. I'm certainly working more on getting the structure of the garden right, getting stuff down, whether its cardboard or hardboard or anything to act as a mulch, or at least weaken the grass/stuff I don't want, so I can plant the stuff I *do* want.
Loving the first duck egg! Well done little ducks :T:T:T2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Duck eggs are fab for baking as they make sponges really moist. Hope the money comes through really quickly.
