Becles shelooks so cute in her big girls bed!
Have you had any issue with her falling out? We've put a duvet on the floor next to chris's, he didn't cause a fuss but I heard him fall out 3 times one night so I thought he bumps his head enough without losing any more brain cells in his sleep :rotfl:

Depends how energetic he is in bed but if he doesn't move around a lot, you could try putting a rolled up blanket under the sheet at the edge.

Susan it's standard practice for childminders to charge half as a retainer so assuming Pink is wanting a full time place £30 is a good deal :)

It will be £75 per week when she has Caitlyn so she's charging less than half :)

Elle - it's lovely to take the baby out in the pushchair - except here where it's peeing it down!

When shopping with littlies when my Mum was a childminder, first stop was always the cheese counter for a handful of the cubes of cheese they used to have. Why don't supermarkets do free samples anymore?

So just brought back memories of going shopping my dad was the worst he use to nick half the cheese, he is probably one of the reasons it had to stop!!!!!!

Just rescued my washing in time before it started pouring of rain!!! Now I just have 4 loads of ironing to do.........

not sure if anyone is local to aberdeen that wnats a pink bumbo but you might get this for a bargain (or if someone were to win it I could pick it up and the fairies could deliver it to you:whistle:;))!!! Obviously the fairies would need postage costs!!!

Mu Mum hates people who let there LO's eat the shopping on the way round the shop "until it's paid for it's stealling" so I never got to eat anything until the car ride home, aparently its not a problem if said child is her Grandson though  Chris is so spoilt by her!!

PS. Elle My mum always 'helped' me by comforting Christopher - be warned when he gets REALLY upset he says "I want to go home to Grandma" - It's like being stabbed in the heart by your own child

Or like my sisters son... who declares he wants to "go see quis (Chris)" when he's upset... not his nan, not his mum or dad... no... his mums stepmum... :D aka MY mum hehehe
She's the only one who doesn't spoil him rotten - she loves him but sets very firm rules... he's adored her since she decided SOMEONE needed to teach him the word "no" and how to behave... no-one else gives him any boundaries or rules.
