Rhys is home and weezl's just said that skinty's had a baby (there may be more babies but don't feel left out if I don't mention you all ...)
We've all had a good time / a bad time / a horrendous time and we are coping / not coping / absolutely cream crackered. Our offspring are sleeping well / not sleeping at all and eating well / eating for England / not eating at all. Our OHs are wonderful / complete wastes of space / somewhere in between but they can't help being men (sorry Bruno).
Those who went to the picnic appear to be quite normal.
I'm not repeating all the sex chat.
And we can all say

Mu Mum hates people who let there LO's eat the shopping on the way round the shop "until it's paid for it's stealling" so I never got to eat anything until the car ride home, aparently its not a problem if said child is her Grandson though  Chris is so spoilt by her!!
I think that tooI don't like eating in public in general, apart from eating places like restaurants. I don't like people who wander down the street eating their lunch, or eating on public transport etc.
Becles shelooks so cute in her big girls bed!
Have you had any issue with her falling out?
Not yet! She was in a single bed on holiday and there was a big thick blanket in the wardrobe that we didn't need so we put that on the floor just in case, but she didn't fall out.becles can i ask where you got the quilt!
It's a discount store called B&M but I'm not sure if it's a national chain or not. I bought it about a year ago as I loved the design. To the ones with older babies (older than Rhys ain't hard!).. How much do you use your microwave with a little one? Particularly once weaned, do you use it to defrost purees or anything else?
I just use ours for defrosting and warming things up as it saves messing pans up. It's useful to have if you have the space. I don't like cooking in it though.we moved monday, and it went disastrously, everything that could have gone wrong went wrong, in fact everything that could have gone wrong over the last 2 weeks has gone wrong really, and i've got to the point where if i didnt laugh i'd cry!! on the upside, the house is lovely and we gave the keys to the flat back today :j never been so happy to move out of somewhere!
Sorry to hear you've been having a bad time, but at least it's over now. Hope you enjoy your new home
We've just had itchy-nah-nah's for tea, or enchilada's to those who don't speak toddler yetHere I go again on my own....0 -

Life without a microwave?
you mean it's possible???
Right seriously: I use it to sterilise Roo's bottles (and the breast pump and so one), heat up various veg and milk for hot choc, most importantly for me: defrosting my meat that I repeatedly forget to take out the freezer! Mine has a by weight function and it's actually remarkably good - rarely starts to cook the meat but just defrosts it - perfect!DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! I must be a boring cook, I don't have a microwave or a grill. All I've eaten since I bought the actifry are chips, chips and more chips!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0
