MOTM - glad DD1 is thinking of doing an evening class at least. Sounds like that plus volunteering is a good compromise, and then hopefuly she will be up for something else the following yearjust popping on to say hi ladies and gents:D
been really busy past few days am reading and trying to keep up but you lot talk wayyy to much lol!! well my good news is that since starting work i have lost a stone! im amazed but i have stopped eating rubbish and i avoid all the lovely cakes in the cafe:P
bad news is my sleeping is awful and these tablets just make me a robot that keeps going, am getting worried im just going to burn out soon?(i was told they would help me sleep but they have opposite affect?)
Erins tooth is finally through! and the other kids are all excited about school/nursery going back on wed! right better shoot i start at 10 love to all xx
Caz, sounds like it might be worth going back to the doctors if it's affecting your sleep - these things affect everyone in different ways and they might be able to try you on something else instead. Good on you for resisting the cakes, I know I could never manage it!
DH is driving me mad, he has been in a bad mood since he came to pick us up at the hospital, that was made worse by the 6 hour wait. Now when isn't sitting on his !!!! he is marching about !!!!!ing at me about things being in his way. Well it was you who left the 2 tubs of dog food sitting in the kitchen! I asked him to clean the loo on Friday night after DS1 was sick (was all round the rim) he said he'd do it. On Saturday morning I asked if he had done it, he said he couldn't see anything ?? really? so when I cleaned it I was imagining the various bodily fluids that were splattered everywhere? And he is sitting up till god knows when at night and not getting out his bed till midday. So much for a helping hand! :mad::mad::mad: And he's just constantly barking at me. 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10.....
:mad: Does he not realis you've just had a baby. We've had that but only since he came home from the pub yesterday afternoon. Seemed like he was looking for something to fall out with me over, and couldn't find anything, so had a go at me for being sympathetic when he hurt his back. Was horrible most of the day, but seems to have cheered up now - maybe his back is starting to feel better. I think he gets more hormonal than I do half the time!

Mel the small size fits 16lb-26lb - have loads of samples from the baby show I went to.

Thanks...very strange then, if the XS only goes up to 13lb....I wonder if they realise they have missed out babies that are 14lb & 15lbI will stick with the because thinking about it, I am not taking him swimming until the older two are back in school anyway:D I hope I can persuade my friend to go so we can go in her car to the nicer baths....my local one is a bit scummy:o
I have had to bite the bullet today and put Kai in his 6-9mth clothes, his others were looking a bit ridiculous:o I was trying to last a bit longer as I only have 3 tops and 3 pairs of pants in that size....I will have to get some more as soon as I can:cool:

Crap when you've got no money, my best friend is in the same situation at the moment. But her OH has enough to spend hundreds every month on his car so god only knows how they're gonna manage when their baby comes along! Are you getting out though?
Maddy's good thanks, she changed dramatically after 4 weeks and is happier to go down and still sleeps well at night. I'm waiting for Skinty to come back on to let her know that her LO sounds just like Maddy and to not worry to much. I don't see the point of routines at this stage and although I do sometimes get Maddy into her basket for the early part of the night I certainly don't loose sleep trying so I just settle her with me. Easier to cope with a clingy baby in the day if I'm not tired.

Having an "aaaarrrrrgghhhhh" day here too
I've been poorly for the last couple of days - nothing serious, just IBS playing up. My bowel keeps going into spasm so I'm getting tummy pains down one side and just feel generally yuk!
Anyway, this morning was ok, and we had lunch, then I took Charlotte and the dog for a walk. Normally she settles into bed for a nap after our walk. The boys were out playing, but she hadn't been in bed long when they came crashing in. Then they spent the afternoon running in and out, making a racket on the drive or yelling "Charlotte" so she'd climb on her bedroom windowsill and wave at them (her bed is under the window!) She's had no sleep at all, and she's horrid now
James came in and Charlotte was watching CBeebies so he went on the PC. I asked him if he could watch her while I cooked tea and he said yes. Tea was just about cooked, when she appeared covered in shampoo. I'd left some toiletries to send away on our bed, and she'd been up and squirted a bottle of baby shampoo all over our bedroom. Was upstairs cleaning that up, while she was downstairs screaming because she wanted her tea, so someone decided to give her a kazoo which made more noise than the screaming - arrrghhh!
I've told the boys that seen as they woke her up, they can keep her amused while I have a cup of coffee in peace. I can hear her upstairs yelling and getting stroppy with them, so I hope they are learning their lessonIt's her bathtime soon, so I'll go and do that when I've finished my drink.
