MOTM - glad DD1 is thinking of doing an evening class at least. Sounds like that plus volunteering is a good compromise, and then hopefuly she will be up for something else the following year :)

DD1? Sorry not sure on this internet shortening lark :rotfl: I'm sure it's something Daughter 1, as in the eldest. Dodgy? Darling? Delightful? Dancing? :o

I think this year is too late in more ways than one for full time. She isn't ready to commit, so I cannot force her, but as already said, good to keep hher in the loop. I may phone the adult learning centre and see if 16 is old enough to get some info.

cant remember who was talking about it but hurrah for your kids growing up to prefer Torquay instead of Exeter (BOOOO Exeter!) I used to live near plainmoor :)

I also cant abide bandwagon people supporting the big teams from miles away with no reason, My OH is from manchester so obviously supports the only Premiership team from there, thats City by the way (man yernited are built on swamp ground just outside the city but like to keep that quiet)
he moved to essex to be with me and despairs at the amount of utd fans down here that have never been north of watford let alone all the way to old trafford...
    *end boring football chat*

Oh no, they could never support them lot at Torquay. They would be disowned :rotfl: Exeter all the way. Torquay was just a fear :rotfl:

I thought the only team in Manchester was FC United of Manchester? :o

    Ends football chat again :D

    Ahhhh, right x
Hmmmm tricky then. It's my friends daughter's birthday today (9yrs) the only thing she asked for was one of those secret diaries...I think it is voice activated or something (I don't know much about girlie toys i'm afraid:rolleyes:

seth crawled a whole 2 inches today :rotfl: a complete fluke, he was trying to roll over and making a right royal pigs ear of it when he pushed his little bum up in the air, sank on his knees and scrabbled frantically, it was so funny!

Well, we made the cookies and whilst they cooled down, popped out for ice cream. Mini Milks are a big fave!

Then, after dinner, it was cookies and milk all round. So, a good end to a good day, at least for the ones who are now tucked in bed.

I hope everyone had a good Sunday!

    ooh i want! http://direct.asda.com/george/baby-clothes/unisex/printed-snugglesuit/GEM16108,default,pd.html

We're Wigan supporters here (being from wigan ;)) but my dad is a glory hunter and supports Man U, Mum is Liverpool (but she's from there)
Its quite strange for me because growing up it was all about Wigan rugby because we were by far the best :D but the youngsters now (how old does that make me sound!!) are growing up with the fotty team having most success out of the two
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.
