    ladies....
can i ask a question.....how long did you all leave it before, some, erm, "mummy and daddy time" after having your lo's!?? the feeling for me is most definitely there as i was denied it while pregnant.
was different with DD, as i was still very sore for a few weeks after, but this time round, no stitches, no grazes, boobies arent hurting anymore, and LOADS of "sexy hormones" going on. lol
and also - what contraception is everyone using? i obviously dont want to be pregnant again anyt time soon (or within the next 3-4 years for that matter) I cant do the pill, as my head is like a sieve.....
*just aswell i have had a drink, or no way wold i ask this question! lol*
    Carla-Farla!! :)

I remember you telling us when she won it and I was p'd off coz I entered and didn't win :p

  • no need to be shy about that question on here carla !!!
I waited till last week, so 7 weeks, but that was only 1 week after bleeding had stopped. If I had stopped bleeding earlier, I would have been at it like a bunny rabbit before that too :):)

ETA - condoms at present, but thats only cuz I cant get an appt to get the implant put in

..My date for going back in is 26th October I think, but with 4 weeks annual leave, it works out about 23rd November.
I really need to sort out changing my hours for going back, and a childminder! But that will make it seem real and I don't want that!

OH's next interview is 14th September, and he gets told there and then if he's through. So, i'll decide what i'm doing after that and start to arrange stuff!

Remember to get it in early enough because there's quite a long period (8 or 12wks?) employers have to make a decision :)

Carla I think it was about 8 weeks! (one week after the bleeding stopped). I had also been denied for most of the pregnancy apart from when I forced him to get my labour started. :rotfl:
(And the good old catholic method of contraception for us at the moment! I can't have anything hormonal, didn't get on with the coil, and sterilisation is too final at the moment!).

    Thanks Elle - i didn't know this!
If he does get his job, its a January start date and he's got so much leave left, he'd be able to finish work end November to do childcare for a month so I can go back to my normal hours for a month if I had to!

Its a pain in the bum really that everything depends on how his final interview goes and we can't really arrange anything before then.
