Oh, I just did a very silly thing.. I was looking for more info on a research project Rhys' consultant has put his details forward for and ended up reading lots of things which brought back not particularly nice memories.. :( It's easy to concentrate on the blood test results and put to the back of my mind the brain stuff and I got reading about the brain stuff.. _pale_

Want to get the next two weeks over with then we might have a better idea about the future.. got physio, paediatricians, renal specialists, nurses and jabs in the next few weeks, then filling in DLA forms at the end of it which I'm told is uber depressing.. :(

They are depressing but once they are done, it's great!

And as for googling, stop it! Rhys is doing well, Christoper never made any attempt to roll until he was 10months old! Looking at pictures of him, he never moved the right hand or arm and it was always in a fist and he always looked to the left, and his right eye was usually half closed. Same with his legs, he never did the swimming thing. (Actually thinking on it how the !!!! did I miss it for 8months?) Rhys sounds like he is doing amazing, though I'm only going by my experience with a physical disability, the renal stuff, I know nothing about, but I'm willing to guess he will be kicking a football about and splashing in wellies with the rest of them!

I just got an email from a woman at work who's just accused me of gossiping about her and a bloke at work (they're both married but not to each other ;)). She thinks I saw her in his car the other day and that that's where the gossip has come from.. I never bloody saw them and I very much doubt it was me anyway cos i wasn't where she said she saw "me"!!

    I'm shaking!!

Oh dear, not nice to be accused of something you haven't done. Is it a friend colleague or just a colleague IYSWIM? If it's a friend I would just put a polite reply stating that you weren't there and it wasn't you. If it's just a colleague I would just put a blunt reply. Thats just what I would do tho coz I really hate being accused of things!!

    Thankyou both :o

It's the brain stuff I'm worried about. I know the renal stuff is getting back down to much nearer normal than it was, so hopefully that can just be controlled by medication in the future and no need for dyalsis (sp?) or transplant. It's just the brain stuff.. I can't help my mind wandering as to what might be affected - for every new thing he does it's like thinking "okay, so it's not that then.. so what it is?" :o

I'd be real nice and say that I don't tend to notice pond life even when I am at such and such a place. No kindly sod off and go be a drama queen elsewhere!

Unless she has something to hide??

Forward the email to all your other work colleagues too.

    I'm in a nasty mood tonight. :o
