There are some herbal remedies, Elle is on some reflux medicine which has a side-effect of upping supply, and Oats are supposed to be good.
Somebody who doesn't talk in riddles will be along soonChopsticks, what I'm on is the last option. The herb MFD probably means is Feenugreek and, as she says, oats are said to be good too.
Some links which might help you:-

Thank you to you both, that's really helpful. When you said oats, I immediately thought "flapjack" (I'm hoping that Caitlin's new routine will give me some time to do things like cooking dinner, doing the washing, baking etc) but not sure that flapjack will help with the weight loss. I like porridge though, so that will be worth a go.
I'll have a look into the Feenugreek and also at the links Elle posted.
Thank you again.

Sorry I can't multi quote, have no idea at all!
Sami - Yeah she has had some pure OJ and still there is no movement, I've even stopped putting a nappy on her when we go out or when she naps, she seems to pee herself when she wakes up though? She woke up, started drawing me a spider and then dribbled all over the floor before she realised?
JM - That's exactly like Keira, though she WILL have some curry and rice, if there isn't too much sauce, or big noticeable chunks of chicken, or veg. She doesn't like chicken apparently, though she likes nuggets? She's a wee liar, I tell ya!
She's keeps pulling down all her dresses, wearing them for 5minutes, throwing them on the floor, and then choosing another one  Somehow whilst she is in the middle of transforming into different "princesses" she manages to get pen over each single thing she puts on, or spills a drink down it.
I tell her to tidy up and I get "I can't mummy!" "Why can't you?" "Cause Keira don't want too" Oh well then, that's the end of the conversation then!0 -

Flapjack is exactly what I tried! That and twinks hobnobs (recipe in the Old Style section) but I don't need much excuse for them. Fenugreek was £7.49 for 100 (huge!) capsules from Holland and Barrett when I bought it a few months ago0 -

Press the button next to the quote button it will come up red and then once you've done that press reply but don't use quick reply as it won't work, but I think you can only multi quote 3 posts.Everyone is entitled to their opinionEllie 25/12/070 -

I think you just have to keep trying...
Thanks ive been hoping he'l grow out of it, did you just keep giving her different meals hoping she'd eat them? I have done this but I always feel bad letting him go to bed hungry,Buttonmoons wrote: »JM - That's exactly like Keira, though she WILL have some curry and rice, if there isn't too much sauce, or big noticeable chunks of chicken, or veg. Going back to the home made jaffa cakes some pages ago - Joshua was pestering to make them as he made some at school last year. He used a blob of orange marmalade for the orangy bit instead of jelly. Here I go again on my own....0 -

Chopsticks - have you been to a boobie group (breastfeeding group/drop in/cafe) she may have been unsettled because she's not latched on properly and therefore not getting milk out as easily as she should be or getting wind. I know its easy for me to say but as long as you just keep putting her to the boob often as possible she should be fine0 -
bruno, loving the pics of elijah's cake munching experience!Mummy to
