Evening folks, just a flying visit... and I'm about 70 pages behind so probably won't bother catching up... Anybody want to do a quick recap for me?

We just spent the week with in laws... We went up to Liverpool Tuesday and FIL drove us home on Thurs so we gave our pre booked tickets to SIL to use if she wished and she decided to come down and stay a couple of days with us and we took her to the station today, was really nice to have her stay a couple of days, she's going through a really rough patch (not helped by MIL being a complete waste of space yesterday) and I think she's glad to know she still has some family she can turn to...

Am absolutely worn out though with all the travelling and visiting... We spent 2 nights in the dirtiest travelodge in the country with an awfully uncomfortable bed so I didn't sleep a wink... Was nice to come home to my own bed! My wonderful baby did 8 1/2 hours straight last night, sadly I didn't... I woke up at 3am and panicked because she hadn't moved at all and felt cold... But me feeling her neck made her jump so huuuuuuuuuuuuuge sigh of relief! Took me a while to drop back off though after the fright... Amazingly though Aimee slept in until 9am so we all got a bit of a lie in... She's usually up and making enough noise to wake the dead anytime from 6am!! Think she's as worn out as the rest of us...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

    comp crashed!
DD still has not POOED! She just woke up with a sore tummy, so I whipped the nappy off her before she could use it, but nope still nothing! We are supposed to be taking her to the Science centre tomorrow, and I'm worried she may poop herself there! She must NEED the toilet but can't get it out, and she thinks it's funny and makes straining noises on the toilet on purpose! Little tinker.

She is having one of those days where she refuses most food, so can't get anything fibre rich into her, I hate how faddy she is, as a baby she used to walk over to your plate and stuff her face, nom nom nom.

Though at least she eats fruit, curry and scrambled eggs now at least!
I wouldn't be giving her eggs if you want her too poop, they bung you up :)

Random! But did you spot me? Be honest!
:eek:no! hmm maybe my talent isn't as good as I thought :(
MIL's neighbors have 1 son that's diagnosed but all 4 of their kids and both parents are soo on the spectrum if you ask me!
what does knackered mean to you??? Over here its tired, ie. I am knackered tonight, I am going straight to bed !!
means hat here too but it's not a 'nice' word for it. I used to get a snack if I said it along with damn, hell and bloody

MFD: I know quite a few people on the spectrum thanks to the stoopid government deciding to save money by closing special schools and shoving the kids in mainstream schools where they get taught by teachers with little experience/knowledge of their needs and the poor things get bullied for being 'weird'

also: AARRRGGGHHHHH!!!! somebody PLEASE get Edgar to poop  he's obviously having stomach pains, keeps screaming and arching his back (almost ripping my nip off in the process!!)

If anyone is desperate to keep a very small child semi- upright but still get some sleep, take the car seat out and strap them into that...it can go on the bedroom floor.

Not ideal, but will stop you panicking about them choking, so you all might get some rest.

    (Tip from a friend who's got 3 kids :D )

Oh, and I was more worried about DS when he didn't smell right than when he had a temp of 104 and had the GP volunteering to do a home visit 3 hours after he'd last seen him.
    The IVF worked;DS born 2006.

Yeah just general nursing, I actually love the appeal of working in A&E. Not keen on midwifery, I'd be a wreck seeing some of the terrible things that can happen.

Sorry, that is different from the one I did. Mine was for Strathclyde Uni, who wanted different entry qualifications.

But that one will get you into the local Uni there so no worries!

Sorry if I confused you! Strathclyde Uni is so bloody picky, kept changing their entry requirements last year.

Either way, I loved being at college, was a great experience, and if it were not for our little suprise squatter here, I'd be getting ready for September :D

That sounds more like wind than needing to poop

I'd be getting the gripewater out...or a few droppers of infacol.
