quoted exactly what you said - very difficult to misinterpret the words insisted and immediately! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Are you a politician by chance as you have evaded from answering my question : where did i say i were to "stop what i was doing" and "drop everything" .I used the words "immediately " and "insisted" in relation to the posters'who suggested posting /freezing the item : i never indicated that those words were in the literal sense as you seem to interpret them as being ..duh!!

If you had to do something immediately, you would have to stop what you were doing and drop everything. Unless you carried on with whatever you were doing whilst taking the taxi to the store?

Possibly best to admit that you exaggerated, your posts do speak for themselves. You are starting to look a bit silly.
    Gone ... or have I?

And that makes it ok?

I did not say that it did. I was responding to amersall's comment.

If posters' had read my posting properly , i wouldn,t have had to exaggerate those words and repeat my postings: for my starting to look silly that,s your opinion which you are entitled to and i would rather appear to be silly than smug and rude.
My question has been answered and the initial subject is now going way off topic!!

So you admit that you exaggerated? Thank you. You will find that threads do go off topic when people have to question your story due to exaggeration.

I think I'd rather appear to be smug and rude. Oh well, it takes all sorts etc.
  • No the words were exaggerated to try and make the point clear !! Just what is your problem exactly ?? Do you want the last word ??

Can you not use home delivery ? Not only would it be cheaper than a taxi ..but you would have 7 days to return the unfit product under the distance selling regulations :D

That little bug/vegetable/meat/raisin/rat poo has got a lot to answer for.

It's started a thread full of entertainment. It earned it's place in a limo back to the store

    Keep it up guys
