Oh dear, i feel even worse now to find that this has been going on for two years and I have just got cuaght by it. The only reason I searched was becuase of the despatch note address being;

EH49 9AH
UNITED KIGDOM

I searched that and found this, unfortunately I had already signed up and been charged over £71.

The company billing names are Diet Max and Better Health and I fear they are still in operation just using a different company name.

So I now have to find a way to esnure I cancel my subscription although this seems very hard as the phone numbers are not accessible.

HHow could i be so foolish

I phoned [FONT=&quot]00 1 8888692674 and after 27mins (it was a poor line) I got them to cancel my subscription, although I never knew I signed up to anything in the first place, which is clearly misleading, but nevermind the important thing was to do everything I could to show my willingness to their Ts&Cs again what Ts&Cs ? I have not seen anything from them on this.

They sent me an e-mail which again wasn't simple, the password supplied was in uppercase but it would only accept lowercase, they wanted a name of the person who I talked to and they didn't recognise my UK phone number, so had to use a US number, the only one I could think of was theirs.

I eventually maneged to submit the form, and had an acknowledgement webpage, but not yet recieved the confirmation e-mail

Also I belive I have cancelled both, the Diet Max and Better Health, but can't be totaly sure becuase I only recieved one e-mail.

This has been a nightmare, I just hope people searching the net come across this site before making the same mistake. The product was Cleanse Aware and Acai Max Cleanse.

I am sure they will be very interested to hear that this scam is still operating under another name as they are the poeple who shut down the original one last year!
