I feel like a total idiot, subscribed online for acai berries/life cleanse offer and they have since the original order of £4.97 they have taken out 2 x £79 pounds despite me writing to them to cancel any agreement AND I wrote to my bank after they refused to help me over the phone. My bank have since told me there is nothing they can do to stop further amounts being taken. So much for the Coop's ethical policy!!!!!!!

Any advice is welcome

I hear stuff like this all the time from my site, the problem is that some companies don't act as reputably as they should and regulation is difficult - small print etc..I suggest you keep at them, thorn in the side style - it might work! The best thing to do however is to keep on doing what you're doing - if you spread enough social "warning", these things affect companies - I would email them this thread and post stuff on other blogs/forums etc - no company likes to be called a scam in public when it's all over the web! Might work....in the meantime, check out some totally free home cleansing tips on my website - you won't pay anything or have to buy anything and all the info you find is yours to follow if you like - colon health is important so I salute you for looking into looking after it!
