    Morning all,

Gotta be quick as I'm supposed to be going into work to do some overtime today and I got kinda....umm....sidetracked by the pooter :D

Thanks for the words of inspiration this morning Andy, and glad to hear the AF plonk has arrived (again) safetly :D

I have decided to make an executive decision this morning, bearing in mind that I am the scorer this month and what I say goes ......My target was 23 and although I've managed 3, the most I can manage this month is now 15 so I have changed my target to 15 to give me a boost to stay AF this month. You may call it cheating, I call it a slight bending of 'my' rules :rotfl: anyway, Budge has already tweaked her's this month too

Oh, whatever, I've done it ok?!!

Gotta dash to work, be back later xx

Hi everyone! Found you! I'm doing really badly at this challenge this month but working on it. I know I'm being a complete idiot but can anyone tell me how to subscribe to this thread? Thanks.

It is your decision on how many days to be AF. You are totally entitled to change your mind and your target.

I'm not sure if I will be AF today. I should get a few more days AF under my belt so I might do but I will check back later.

Everyone is entitled to a Mulligan Jo ;)

Off down park with Kids. Went to bed at 07:40 and was up at 10. Oh how I love nights  Still first of 4 days off so got to make the most of them :D

Difficult one today as I have had 6 in a row because of work so generally succumb to the hops on first day off. Dont know how today will go. Balanced on a knife edge  but not too fussed about a beer today to be honest.

    Enjoy your day

Hope you are feeling better soon - poor you!! Hope the kiddies are behaving. Tell them they've got to look after their poorly mummy or Miss P will be up to sort them out!

Jo - Of course you can change your target - you're the boss this month!!:rotfl:

BHB - hope mrs BHB and family are ok today

Am quite proud of myself - got through the weekend without too many wine bells ringing! I've managed to stay awake till quite late each evening (instead of falling into a drink induced coma!) and have enjoyed spending time with OH and Piglet. Last night I even gave into Piglets requests for more and more stories at bed-time. Think I spent 3/4 of an hour reading with him! Normally I'm rushing off down the stairs back to my glass of wine. Shameful really when you think about it.

Anyway, best get on. Piglet has a picnic booked for the living room at lunchtime (the boys obsessed!!)
