oh that'd be lovely - just like a holiday in the country with mud and chaos. I love doing all that rural stuff but only for a short time and only if the weather's not too bad (yes, I AM a lightweight).
    Trying to keep in budget.

I really, really, really, want to try wall climbing, but the nearest one is miles away and it costs a fortune (comparable to my budget :o).

I love my wall climbing. Absolutely love it. Not very good at it mind you (being lardy is a definite disadvantage)

Have a look on UKClimbing.com. There may be climbers who visit will take you under their wing and take you out to real outdoor crags (bit scarier than indoor walls, but free...)

Ooh, that's a good idea! Though the thought of doing it outdoors is scary, plus I live in London

I've been told, and as I know nothing don't know if it's true, that once you've got the practical ability then your size/shape doesn't matter

Caz, so glad you are enjoying the book, I might have to read it again. Have you got to the bit about (I think) it's the doorway yet?

Rainy and cool up here. But the forecast is fab for the rest of the week for a change. I'm so happy about that because it means we can take the kids out on their new bicycles. The eldest has just mastered cycling without stabilisers and the youngest got his first bike for his 2nd birthday. It's one of those fancy balance bikes and he can do it already. I'm very proud :D

Work is dull and I can't wait for hometime. You've all been so successful with your AF days that I feel quite anxious about it. I don't plan to have anything tonight and would have to stop and get some on the way home if I were.
    Need to start again :o
