Doing well Marru
Good job you did not do your yoga with a cup of tea0 -
Hello!
Truly enjoyed reading all the messages but now I have completely forgotten my comments.
No bells today on the way home which means that no alcohol in the house which means that another AF day for me (8 AF in September YM). I am really proud of myself as did some yoga before getting a cup of tea and now I am feeling great. I am going to start gently as not to knacker myself as that is what happened every time before and made me stop. I am dressed in my dreadful leggins so no way I am going to go out in these.
Have fab evening everyone!!! Catch up later! :hello:
I wouldn't be seen dead in leggings even in the house!
RIGHT! I've joined MR T's diet club. If I put down alcohol, then what you get eat wouldn't feed a flea :rotfl:So there's my motivation. I'm going to lose 10lbs in a monthNeed to start again0 -
Good luck with the weight loss FH

However... I will be AF today, so you can mark me at 3, thanks ym... and hope to remain so until the weekend.. (must remind myself weekends are the short bit of the week..) :rotfl:

Well here I am day 8. Bells won't be tolling tonight. If ever I needed a reason to confirm why I'm doing this I got it. DS2 comes off his bike at skate park, a drive to local A & E, two xrays, fractured collar bone and a glued eyebrow later and it's hot sweet tea all round.DC.

He's wishing he was left handed .....!!!DC.

Could have been worse ie a glued collar bone and fractured eyebrow
. Perhaps he will become ambidextrous ( SP ). Seriously best wishes to him and to you as well. Shakes you up these sort of things
