    AF for both of us last night, woo! Drink and X factor needn't be inexorably linked after all lol. Had a 6 mile walk yesterday too so we were both shattered and had a nice early night at 9pm. Woken up feeling refreshed and happy and not like I missed out on anything at all. Yippee!

    I am going to have to join this thread, My drinking has got out of hand again. I dont drink during the week, I am a weekend binger, I am fed up waking up on Sat & Sun feeling like total !!!!!! and not in the mood to go anywhere or do anything, then before you know it back to work on Monday having achieved nothing. Grrrrrrr
