Drank Friday, Saturday & Sunday, fell out with 4 very good friends (Totally my fault) and also started a fight with another friend resulting in me having to be thrown out of the house and the door locked. What an idiot, i can't believe how badly i've let myself down. I've apologised to everyone and all except one of them have said don't worry about it 'It was the drink'. Things will never be how they were before though, i said / did some really bad things. I also feel like i've let you guys down given my opening few posts stated i would never drink again. I have to stop this time, i'm slowly destroying everything i have. Feel absolutely gutted.
Sorry for bringing down the mood.
Sorry to read that Sam but you can just start again on here, a lot of us have had these episodes so no one is judging you for it. (I got thrown out of a pub once myself.:o)40somethingmum wrote: »Had one of my strange dreams last night. This time it involved you lot:eek:
We were all taking part in "Come Dine With Me" in the "Big Brother House".
It was quite strange entering the house. Some people I recognised immediately from the pictures posted on here : Fay, Jo, Miss P, BHB , Molly Polly looking like a young Diana Dors. PIR you were very tall, very glam & very beautiful.:D Budgie you were teeny weeny ( this made Me realise that I have no idea wether you are tall or small:rotfl:)
I arrived with my 3 boys in tow as I couldn't get a baby sitter. To my surprise DH turned up. He had recently signed up to the site with the user name " scotch on the rock" ( I know, I know). I was annoyed with him as he was cramping my style.
My 3 sons were following the lovely Lurkio around as not only did he look like David Tenant ... HE was actually him. He brought along his assistant Donna (aka Catherine Tate) . this was Winebox:rotfl:
All of a sudden my eldest got very excited, laughing , clapping, jumping up and down and pointing.
YM had just arrived and he was .......I'll tell you after I make a coffee.

Fizzy in the fridge. Mrs BHB has gone to Mr T's. Wish I had asked her to get some bitburger just in case now.

Just got back from 2 trips down to the dump, got rid of so much clutter. But now I stink  just about to chuck a bag in and the big tractor thing was scooping up and it must've touched something with a bottle or jar in which smashed and we were all drowned in some kind of liquid _pale_ and then a bag of shredding (which shouldn't have been chucked in that part anyway cos there's a special bin for paper) burst and it was like it was snowing, we all got totally covered in shredded paperthey constantly shower the rubbish with water to minimise dust and it was windy so I got covered in wet dust _pale_. Shall not be going back there today  yuck!
xx

As much as I do love a Bitburger, I am not going to replace beer with fake beer, I think maybe that's been previous downfalls for me....It leads me into a false sense of security and makes me feel like I'm missing summat
I'm 'quietly' confident about tonight, looking forward to the BB eviction and Enders and my magazinesDFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -

I'm not :rotfl::rotfl: (Confident, looking forward to eastenders or BB)
Know what to mean about the bitburger. If don't have something there just in case, I know I will 'pop out for something'.Embrace your inner Hillbilly

It does sound funny, but at the time it was actually quite scary and a couple of the burly council men screamed in a girly way :rotfl: The 'pop' of the bottle or jar what ever it was was really loud and an instant mist of shredded paper that I think everyone thought at that moment was glass. I ducked to the floor, which sounds stupid but so did everyone else :rotfl: I heard the council bloke scream out to the tractor bloke "f*** me, that was scary mate!!!" :rotfl:
I'm all cleaned up now, de-tarred and feathered and off to me mums.
Found a couple of VHS vids in the tidy up this morning, one of my wedding video and the other of DD1 about 10 years ago in a tap dancing concert, mums got a VHS player so we're gonna watch that this arvo and watch DD1 cringe
Speak to you all later xxDFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -

In answer to fay's question we've got just about everything in the house including 'good' bottles of red, all of which that I seem to be able to resist on ordinary days unless desperate. There are two half bottles left from yesterday but as OH has reverted to wine drinking he can finish those. I am finding it much harder to gauge my drinking now he's given up beer but haven't yet resorted to his'n'hers bottles.
I know jo's been 'naughty' Miss P but I think tarring and feathering is a bit extreme. We're supportive on here remember!!
Hang on in there all for an AF Tuesday!0 -
Morning all
14 days AF now, can't remember when last had an entirely AF bank holiday but am starting to waver. Big problem yesterday when 'the chap' (am allergic to saying 'OH' or 'BF', *shudder*. Commitment issues, moi?) wanted me to go to the pub with him and was then v disappointed that I wasn't drinking and tried to make me have a pint as penance for something hurtful that I did to him on Sunday (for which I had already apologised and made amends). He knows I'm not drinking at the moment but he thinks I don't have a problem with alcohol and am ruining his fun. Is that fair? I didn't cave, but it rather put a downer on what had been a nice day together. I think it's going to be difficult on an ongoing basis. What does one do?
He did tell me a good joke tho':
