Well 2nd AF night....but as mentioned on previous post big foot pain! This am deffo worse & unfortunately it IS gout. Trying all my herbals (as has worked before) but difficult to walk. Much as I hate drugs if the same 2morrow will see doc. A BIT better since this am on the herbals...fingers crossed! Sleep was bad last night as foot hurt! So no alcohol for me tonight..it makes gout worse!

Yes it is! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:just joking. Anyway it seems we're in our 30s now so hurrah.

I've just been catching up on the Sunday supplements, an article about Holland & Barrett which reminded me about Kudzu, had completely forgotten about it. So went online on Holland & Barrett to order some, & caught myself nearly not bothering cos of the cost (I only ever bought one pot & I think it was on offer) duh - at £8 it's on a par with the daily wine bill. Anyway, bought 2 pots which will see me thro to Xmas :eek: (just wanted to be the first on here to mention it).

Anyway again, having added it to my basket I looked at the "may we suggest these other products" bit......."BreastGro"......well thanks a lot H&B (can they see me?)

The article I was reading featured a product called Pau d'arco which is apparently brilliant for the liver as well as boosting the immune system, made from Amazonian tree bark which makes me sound like a completely barking hippie; might try that alongside the milk thistle? Has anyone else heard of this?

    I'm a 69 baby!! Wey hey......

Is this the bit where we all realise we are of a similar age and this 'situation' we are in has never really bothered us before now.....lol. That would be funny! :rotfl:

    I'm a 1973 girl

It was the fear of the 'spread' that did it for me. Lose the wine, lose the extra pounds before Mother Nature takes over :rotfl:

    Much love X
    Need to start again :o
