I drank it really slowly, enjoyed it -opened the second - drank half - no longer enjoyed it and poured it away

Hurrah - moderation is becoming a habit.

I quite often find this with alcohol. The first drink is yum and then after that Im drinking for the sake of it. Well done for pouring it away instead of just downing it!:T

Hi all- just managed to catch up, hello to new people and well done on your personal progress everyone.

Hope things are looking a bit brighter for people who have been having a tough time.

Fay, thanks for the PM, I really appreciated your message.

Budgie-are you OK? Hugs to you, come back soon.

Had a bit of a giggle about the hiding/sneakily drinking- I used to keep my vodka in the dishwasher (because it was broke) and it used to be full of empties-needless to say I'd have my wine opened in front of the TV but keep nipping in the kitchen for a top up-freind came to stay once and I'll never forget her face when she went to load the dishwasher and it was full of empty spirit bottles- I could of died of shame there and then.

Hope people are starting to get some decent sleep at last- take care all.

For next month I am going to concentrate on having at least 4AF days a week - so 18 AF days in the month - but also stick to the limits of 21 units a week max - which is no more than 90 units

Do you want me to note that down as your total for Sept geranium ;)

Not going overboard, but 'needing it' none the less, if you know what I mean.

    Those jokes were terrible!:rotfl:

I am going to be AF tonight. I'm going to have a bath and then get into bed with some trashy magzines like Heat. I probably might make some toast and marmite now people have mentioned it. So that will be 5 days AF now Miss P.

(Lol I just realised that I typed "I'm going to have a bat" instead of bath. I had to quickly make the correction.:p.)
