I am off work tomorrow so wont' be on line, may be able to sneak in on Saturday, but am planning on staying AF all weekend. Even at a 40th birthday that I am going to on Saturday night - I have decided to drive so that is that one sorted

Just a quickie, as I'm at work.
OMG I AM SO BORED  Aahhh, glad I got that off my chest!
Must get myself motivated. Been trying all day, but it just ain't happening! Bah.
A large voddy and tonic would liven things up, but that's DEFINITELY not going to happen!!
Anyway, to quote a previous post, it's nearly Christmas :rudolf: tee hee!!
Hugs,
Caz

Tonight I am going to be alcohol free. This is a statement of intent, since there is a half bottle of wine which will be calling (loudly) I'm quite sure.
I will report back on the success, or otherwise, tomorrow.Like all revolutions, guerrilla goodness begins slowly, with a single act. Let it be yours.

Best of luck anh1904.
Don't forget, it's only you that can choose whether you will be AF or not.AF since 06/02/20100 -
Well done everyone who is staying AF. Ive read through the posts but haven't time to reply personally to each person at the moment as Im in the middle of cooking chips!
Its funny you all talking about marmite because I don't think Ive ever tried it. It just smells so beefy and Ive never tasted it! My little brother was always eating it on toast when he was little though - I wonder if he still likes it?
Ive rang the docs about my test results and they're normal!:T No liver failure then. I shall go see the doc to see what to do next about my itchiness but Im so relieved!
Im off to have a stiff whisky now! Only joking. Im still going to try and cut down and have lots of AF days each week. Just because I haven't got liver trouble now doesn't mean that I won't in the future if Im not careful. Anyway, Ive got a TOTM headache at the moment and alcohol won't help so I certainly won't be getting drunk tonight.
Best wishes everyone.0 -
Great news about the test results BB :T
Bet your relieved

wow moving so fast on here again
well done to all who are doing well and hugs to those struggling
I didn't stay AF last night - had a rubbish night at SW and had inexplicably put on weight. So came home and had McDonalds and a can of cider. I drank it really slowly, enjoyed it -opened the second - drank half - no longer enjoyed it and poured it away
Hurrah - moderation is becoming a habit
I have really thought about things this month and decided I need to be mroe specific in my targets
I have proved to myself I can not drink every day - and when booze isn't in the house it doesn't bother me.
For next month I am going to concentrate on having at least 4AF days a week - so 18 AF days in the month - but also stick to the limits of 21 units a week max - which is no more than 90 unitsBack to comping! July wins: Frylight August wins: Pixar DVD, Diesel Watch,£75 hamper brioche products September wins bath soak
Thanks to everyone who posts comps and help :beer:0
