Hi everyone

Wine bells ringing big time at the moment. I refuse to listen, will have some kudzu and bottle green cordial with fizzy water as I make the spag bol. I don't normally have wine bells any more on Fridays because I usually play tennis on Sat mornings, but just got back from hols, and no tennis tomorrow because everybody is away.

I have promised DD2 I will go to choose wallpaper so I can decorate her room tomorrow, and I refuse to disappoint her by being too hungover to risk driving.

Good luck everybody for tonight. Banish those wine bells!

The BG cordial's great stuff isn't it. I reckon sales in my area have really taken off since I stopped drinking. Well done on refusing to listen to the bells.:T

Just popped in to wish Jo and Winebox happy holidays

Weird ain't it ? Jo is now going to be spending a week in Norfolk and I am spending most of this month in Essex :rotfl:.
Jo are you trying to tell me something ? I know we smell of goats but ...... :D
We have been to Chelmsford again today. Another day sorting stuff out. We must be making some progress, even though it doesn't feel like it ??
I'm fed up with the A12 :mad:. Must find an alternative route.:D

Mrs BHB and I have succumbed to the cork and can again tonight, on top of the McDonalds :eek: (which is rare territory for a hillbilly). Miss P - I will let you know how bad I've been in the morning

Miss P I'm on 8 AFD now as was AF last night.

I also have my supplies of Bottle Green Cordials in . My fav is Ginger & lemongrass but the Pomegranate (SP???) one is nice too.:D

All this talk of coke floats makes me think of Knickerbocker Glories . I think it is because we used to go to an ice-cream parlour when I was young which did fab ice-cream sundaes and also sold coke floats.:drool:

We have an icecream parlour here - does all that stuff and sassperilla and dandielion and burdock and does licquorice sticks etc

Very 1950's its ace. ONly local icecream too

Am home - woo hoo - fires on - crackling away - movie on the wall (Bugsy malone - DD choice) and life is ticking nicely
