    Evenin' all.

Another 37 miler on the bike last night, belting down rain, wet through, and still loving it. Really life affirming, and I think I've found a really enjoyable outlet for daily stress. Whilst I'm peddling, my mind becomes totally blank and focuses purely on the road, the traffic around me and the burning in my legs.

Next years coast to coast ride should be an absolute doddle!

Another AFD day last night. total this month 6 !!!!!!!!!!

B Beth - omg you & your malibu...that stuff is such kak! I can't take it seriously (how strong is it btw?)

Its 21%. I just love that coconutty taste (is coconutty a word?). It reminds me of being on holiday.:D I can't drink much vodka or gin without getting a bad headache so I prefer to stick to something like Malibu which is much weaker.

I wish you hadn't started talking about Malibu - my dinner isn't quite ready and I fancy a glass.:o

115K special thoughts mate - your posts always make me laugh (erm, the ones that are meant to be funny!!!) I feel "on your wavelength".

Thanks WB. It's funny because I feel on the same wavelength as you too. I think if we got together and had a drunken night out it would be absolute mayhem!:D

But sorry that is obviously not the point of this thread :o and I feel bad coming on here lately because I haven't even been slightly sticking to my AF days lately and I think lots of people on here are doing fantastically well.:A
