JO.....Just checking to see if you are ok.
I am so glad you have told your OH.As you say when he is at home now hopefully he will be watching you like a hawk....so no more sneaking off to shut yourself away.....I really hope this is your time now.

Budgie, just to reiterate what the others have said, he should never have come off of the tablets so early, this sort of medication needs to be reduced under supervision of a doctor as it can have the opposite effect. I am so sad to hear that you are feeling so down, you are such a supportive person on this thread and give so much love and care to everybody and I'm sure you are like that in real life and maybe you don't make enough time for yourself. I think you should accompany him to the docs on Monday to make sure the right things are being said and if not, you can fill in the gaps. Take care hunny xx

FUAS - So sorry to hear of the loss of your dog. I come from a family where my Mum and Dad have had dogs as long as I remember. They are members of the family. My heart goes out to you. Lots of ((hugs))

Budgie - I'm going to PM you but just want to send lots of ((hugs)). You are such a lovely person and you don't deserve this.

I've had a wobble this evening myself (actually STILL wobbling). Various things have happened to make today a bit carp (starting with my Mum ringing in tears to say someone had put a sodding great rock through her greenhouse in the night. Shattered glass everywhere destroyed plants etc). Just went on from there really. So tonight when we were in the shop a bottle of beer wound up in my basket. Its now in my fridge and causing me to wrestle angrily with myself. How STUPID am I???? Do I never learn??? Then that little devil on my shoulder is saying "Its one bottle, it won't hurt". But I know it WILL hurt. I think its going to get put in the bin in a minute. I just cannot stand this aggravation I cause myself!

Sorry for sounding like a loony.....I feel like one today (although I am feeling better today thank god)

Rubbish isn't it JO.Just watching Who wants to be a millionaire (Me please).Then going to watch Frost.I like him.
Got to go to bed early...have to be up at 5.30am for work on Sundays....can you believe it....PAH.

Just eating a bit more chocolate...must save room for my curry though...DH has been in kitchen all afternoon so better eat my tea LOL.

DH went to pub at 7pm and said see you in half an hour.not in yet.:cool:
Don't mind though...give me more time on here;)
Hope you find something good to watch.......BB soon:D...which I will record to watch at a time when DH is out....he hates it.

I agree TV is !!!! tonight. I watched Neil Diamond as I think he sings not too bad for an old geezer:rotfl::rotfl:, Now watching Girls Aloud in concert:o.

DS2 has taken to his bed not feeling well..... why does this always happen when I am on my own with the boys ???

Well done to you.....It's so good to be able to come on her.....just to be reminded why we are doing this.
This thread has been a god send to me and even now I sometimes think...One wont hurt...but deep down I know it will and I never again want to be that person I was when I was drinking.

Have a lovely alcohol free evening now....and well done again
