right ok then, well if anyone has actually been scammed by them or is this all just what i would call "hear say"0

Well...the OP has already been scammed £99.....
Oh sorry, you're right - every seller pays around £100 a pop to compensate a prospective buyer for their time. Perfectly normal.Go round the green binbags. Turn right at the mouldy George Elliot, forward, forward, and turn left....at the dead badger0 -
well to be honest, if uve all spent the time to sit and type up bad reviews of the company then i am going to take the time to tell you, their not a scam, they are good and very helpful people. and to be honest with you i bet your all just a bunch of con artists who dont want other legitimate companies taking business from you, if you dont believe me give them a call 08009170679, see what they have to say.
What's the point of calling the number when we can speak to you right here instead?
It is a rip off.
You're not fooling anyone here. All you're doing is ruining any credibilty that you may have had by creating false reviews and lies on a public forum.
It really doesn't look good does it?
Extremely unprofessional and to be honest, laughable.
Who in their right mind is going to business with a company who lies so easily? (and badly!)"One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0 -
I think its laughable that you dont even know anyone that has been scammed by them! lol. Think you are one of them people that has to moan about something or your not happy! If you had at least one person that has lost money to them it would make your arguement more credable! never mind.....0

Read the inital posts again - straight out of the (made up) 'our clients' section of the company prospectus!!
Surprised they didn't name check a dodgy loan firm too...ie
"I would recommend these guys to anyone that wants to sell their house and i would certainly use them again....much in the same way as I would heartily approve of Crooked Steves 'no questions asked' loan and salary advance emporium. Their services are available to all savvy consumers by asking around at the back bar of the Lion and Snake in Gravesend. I took a competitive deal at a mere 5000% APR with optional underpayment leg breaking insurance at a resaonable 150% of loan value "Go round the green binbags. Ummmm beacuse you two brand new posters are (most likely) part of the scam?
Just a wild and crazy thought... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
No I'm sure they're telling the truth about having good experiences. I have a "good experience" when my employer pays me at the end of each month too.If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0 -

First Direct Investments saved my life, I fell of a cliff at midnight and they dived down on a bungee rope and caught me just before I hit the ground.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0

OK. So there are people out there who invest in property (to make money, I presume) and insist on paying a price *above* the asking price for a property. Makes perfect business sense to me.0
