Not sure where to put this thread but wanted to know more about E Credit plus shopping card.
Im thinking about joining up with them its like a shopping club where they sell you goods and you get a credit limit and pay a min amount each month.
Does anyone know about them?

its a proven scam. do it at your peril - search the site for similar stories - there was a 10 pager about this not so long ago! You buy stuff from them, like a catalogue, at highly inflated prices (i.e. £1600 for a standard plasma that costs £500) etc etc

I fell for the whole platinum credit card facebook offer.and stupidly gave them my card details, after this it informs you that it is a shopping club.I emailed them immediatly saying this was not what i thought it was and i did not want them to process my application, they replied promptly and told me they had no details of me.A month later 39:95 was taken from my account,I by this point had forgotten about them, spent ages on the phone to bank and finally got them to refund amount as I claimed I had not authorised deduction using email i sent them as a point of reference.I cancelled my card at the same time.
Went to the bank last week and some how they have managed to get the 39;95 again although my card number has changed and there is no way they could have got it.
The bank treats it as a gauranteed payment so even if you dont have an overdraft the bank will agree to pay ecredit plus and make you overdrawn.
IF YOU SEE THEM ON FACEBOOK OR ANYWHWERE ELSE DONT EVEN CLICK APPLY.even if you have bad credit history dont do it think how much you could buy with just the application fee.0 -
