My balance transfer to Birmingham Midshires has just completed this morning so I've just closed my cahoot account. No doubt I'll be opening up another one late summer after the BOE has raised interest rates and cahoot have a new introductory rate savings account. I guess waiting two weeks for the cheque is better than waiting until Septmeber for my interest to be paid.

As a goodwill gesture I have arranged for a cheque for the amount that you specified to be sent to you.

Well I take my hat of to you derrick in that you managed to get Cahoot to pay up. Well done! But was it really worth all the time and effort?

I notice that all your posts are during the working day. Are you self employed because if you are you must surely be able to make better use of your time and earn a better hourly rate by serving your customers or clients than spending all this time (including your numerous posts on this site) pursuing Cahoot for a few pounds? If you are an employee using your employers computer and time then either you have a very understanding employer or you are doing it without your employer's knowledge. I am sure that the latter is not the case because that would be stealing and we all know how you feel about that!

Once again, congratulations on your Cahoot victory.
That may have been what I said but what meant was.....

It can be worth the time and effort if you get the organisation to change their procedures.
This has happened in the past.

BTW - MY employer gives me breaks.

My tongue is firmly in my cheek!

I do however think that if you are going to spend your time attacking others for bad behaviour it's just as well to be sure that your own house is in good order. I'm sure d's is as he will shortly inform me!

It took hardly any time at all, just a few minutes via e-mail.

Jumping to conclusions again without knowing the facts? I do not and never have worked for a bank or BS. I just like to take a balanced view.

The above is from your post #113,maybe you should take a leaf out of your own book and stop "jumping to conclusions without knowing the facts, it is known as being hypocritical.

It is of no concern to you how I spend my days,(also the fact that we are a 24/7 culture these days, so what is any ones "working day") the only thing I will acknowledge is that your reference to me not stealing is correct, see my signature.

Thanks for the congratulations anyway, and lets put an end to this back and forth.

Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition
