BZ - best of luck for today. Hope it all goes ahead as planned and that everything's ok.

Am in so much pain this week. I think clomid has kick-started my endo.... only thing it has kick-started. Now CD31 and still no sign on ov. Not that I'm in the mood for BDing - plus I think the constant hot water bottle is a it of a mood killer for OH.

BigZ good luck for today! i shall be thinking quick painfree operation thoughts :)

Tea Lover big hugs and a lot of sympathy, no Ov is just the worst. get so grumpy at ladies on the other thread complaining about when the Ov cos i just think, at least you do! there's nothing worse than not having any shot at all :(
Also, when i was at the Gynae i made sure to ask if Oving late in a cycle made a difference to chances, egg quality etc and she was sure that it didn't so i took comfort in that.
Is there a different drug that does something similar to clomid? maybe it's just that brand your body doesn't like x x

BZ - really hope it can go ahead today so you can get it over with.

Tealover - hugs, sounds like clomid has not worked out well for you. I know what you mean about not being in mood for bd, since ivf my ibs has flared up badly and still keep bleeding on and off so bd is last thing I feel like doing!

Thanks both. Just feeling quite down about it all now. Was so excited when I first started clomid as it felt like we were actually doing something at last. Now 3 months later I'm not ov'ing, am in pain all the time, cba to BD, and the SA results were awful anyway. Definitely feels like quite a few steps backwards tbh.

Thanks ladies, it went ahead and relatively well. Was in danger of being kept in last night, cos my blood pressure and o2sats were so low, but managed to escape about 10pm, phew! Knackered and in pain, so going back to sleep again now :p

Hope you're not too fed up TL :(

Bless him, he needs no encouragement. :A He keeps telling me how brave I was/am, so I might have to milk that for a bit ;)

So, they found: Endometriosis. Cysts on the end of both tubes, one removed and getting checked, the other deflated during op. Womb looks ok. Dye did sneak through the tubes this time, but really slowly, so we're still not sure if they'll work properly. Discuss properly a plan with Fertility Specialist (surgeon) on the 30th. I remember crying in recovery when she said dye had gone through, but we can't get our heads round it yet. Need to recover first. They did find endo in the Pouch of Douglas though, which explains some of the period vs ibs pains. Just a trapped/moving pocket of gas can be soooo so painful. :o
