I won, I won, I won! I've been Money Tipped!
well i have spoken to the doctor this morning and my lupus anticoagulant test has come back positive, so i have to test again with a 2 month gap, i was a bit shocked and did'nt ask all the questions i want to know now, but he did say it does cause miscarriages and can be treated, and not to worry, but they are testing again to rule out a false positive result. I am worried.

The good news it can be treated and might be the answer to the miscarrys. I know its horrible having to wait but think if this if this is the problem next IVF go you could be pregnant for the whole 9 months!. x

    Unbelievable news 2b!

Sorry to hear that runner, but hoping it's easily fixed if it is confirmed with a second test :o

    Welcome flee

Can't remember anything else to reply to, sorry :o I've taken a few days away from the board, cos me and dh have both been struggling with the whole ttc/stupid tests/can't even try atm cos we're waiting for the hsg I've still not got confirmation of  I've been feeling really lousy with the anaemia as well, and have almost passed out a few times and been really breathless. I was feeling a bit better the last day or two, less breathless but still wiped out, until AF decided to pitch up again today! I'm hoping that it's a) not as heavy so I don't get even more anaemic b) not a long as the last (8wk!) AF! Not least because I still need to get these sodding tests done before I see the FS at the end of next month. Ideally I'll have a "normal" 1wk AF, or less, and in the meantime get confirmation of an appointment for the hsg for not too long after... Well, I can dream ;)

    Hope everyone's ok?
I, for one, have been very "where's my baby?" this week :(:o

P.s. But in better news, I've lost another 2lbs and have officially lost 10bmi points now :D 2 more pounds and I'll have lost 4st :D

well done big zippy. thats a brill loss. I have always found weight control a real psychologial boost when ttc - at least it's one thing I CAN control... that kind of thing. You must have a whole new wardrobe!

    Hi all

Apologies for dipping in & out randomly. Huge congrats to the 2x Bfp lovely news.

Started the metformin but it really made me I'll and agrivated my ibs no end so wen back to Gp. They thankfully gave me extended release and finally got my dose up to 1500mg per day and touch wood symptoms are no where near as bad just a bit bloated.

Still no proper AF had some spotting.... Praying she will return ( never thought I'd ver say that) not had a proper period now for 10 months  it's SO frustrating.

Struggling to shift weight as way out of nhs ivf range:(

Has anyone had cloned from Gp ..... Wondering whether to ask if still now joy in a few weeks.

I wish I did have a whole new wardrobe! I'm doing that "what's the point, it'll just fit weird in a month anyway" thing. :o Very MSE, but not very presentable :p I do have some stuff still from years ago when I was more this size, but desperately need some properly fitting jeans...which have to be the most awkward thing to find!

Primmer, I hope they are impressed! I don't think I'll see the same person again though, so they won't have the full effect ;) my gp is really impressed though :D ETA: how did the fake EC go?

Mrs rogers, glad you get on with the slow release metformin better. Hopefully it'll make loss easier for you

Done my 5th EC today, it's a mild stim cycle, so less eggs.
Got 2 mature and 8 immature. We are going to grow them 'till it becomes blastocyst, and if any do, then freeze them.

Good news, doctor said I don't have PCO at the mo, bad news, the lead follicle contained abnormal egg, so had we BD'd, I wouldn't have got pg:(

Bigzippy, well done for the weight loss:T
