    Scan went fab , lining at 11 mm? so he was very happy with that, I've been booked in for transfer this Sunday, so if frozen emmbies defrost okay, i'll be in 2ww in a few days time, god nervous................... feel sick with the thought of a negative..............i'm gonna drive myself batty in the wait, i'm the worlds most impatient person!!!

    I'm doing 2 weeks bed rest, sounds a tad far but I blame myself after every bfn, and this time I have done my bestest to have everything optimum for this, so doing the bed rest will be worth the peace of mind for me xxx

    hope everyone ok and doing ok, xxxx

    Toniq -

    Glad all went well, Toniq. I'm sort of envious of your 2 weeks bed rest - but I'll bet you'll go crazy! I hope you have stocked up on funny DVDS! I recommend Al Murray for this kind of thing.

    And thanks for your tips.I stopped taking Ibuprofen for anything years ago. I have a banging headache now, but I'm telling myself it's the toxins leaving my body..

    +++++++

    Lilo - I dunno, I think you might be one step ahead of me on the determination scale! I think we'll all be saying a little prayer for you and everyone else embarking on IVF over the next few months.

    Nothing like taking the scenic route, is there?

    +++++++++

    I have just been window shopping on Planet Organic - quite excited about shopping for all sorts of lovely organic things now! Luckily, I already have all-natural toothpaste in, and some dead sea bath salts for the bath. I'll get the rest soon.

    Good morning!

    So I have had fertility breakfast - pink porridge! I added blackberries (locally harvested and stored in my freezer since autumn) and a spoonful of organic maple syrup.

    This might just be doable. I have bought a cookbook - the Healing Gourmet's Fertility Foods. I'll let you know what recipes I try.

    ++++++++

    I have lost another pound! That's 2 stone 4! My BMI is now twenty-something.

    Have a good week and weekend - we're off for a short holiday to Scotland - will be bypassing the full fry up and irn bru though!

    Never seen this thread before but wanted to say hello. Its a tough rollercoaster.

    I was lucky enough to have ICSI twins in October 2010 through using Egg Share at Care Fertility. It brings the cost down and you can help other infertile couples who are in a worse position ad they need donated Eggs. The way I see it is that I cant possibly use all the eggs they get from me so why not put them to good use. It also helped that if my sister wanted to have a baby, she would have to use donated Eggs and I would be very grateful if someone helped her.

    Good Luck girls. I hope these miracles happen for you.

    Intramuscular injection, I'm doing into the thigh, I presumed any part of thigh, ie just stab the bit on top, nurse said something on phone, "yep toni you know the divide thigh into 3 and pick middle then inject" i said yes........., She said if i am unsure i can go see her, eh 40 miles away? no me thinks not, I'm certian I done trigger injection there, anyone have an easy system of working out where the muscle bit is? xx

    Edit: This Usa lady, does it into her bum, is that the same as doing into muscle part of thigh? I can ring nurse again but she does my head in x
