    Huge congrats!

Its such a shock to finally get a BFP after so long. Don't think I took it all until until giving birth.

Wishing you a very happy and healthy 9 months
Give me the boy until he's seven and i'll give you the man.

Congratulations Runnerduck! I'm thrilled for you, and wish you all the luck in the world with the rest of your pregnancy!

You did well to hold out so long, I'm glad you got such good news. We've waited so long for a BFP on here!

I hope it's going to be four-in-a-row this month with the ARTs - Juju, Lisa and QQ are in line too - and I hope good things are coming to our other regulars and newcomers on this thread too.

It's so special when you've had to fight for it - enjoy! But don't be a stranger..!

    Hi Everyone,

Been lurking for a while but finally plucked up the courage to post and introduce myself. Hubby and I been trying to conceive since August 09 with no success whatsoever. I'm finally plucking up the courage to go to the doctors next week after yet another disappointment - scared stiff about what lies ahead but realise that we're going to have to do something if we ever want to have a baby. I will be 36 in a few months time and am constantly thinking that it's too late for me. :(

Reading about your experiences has given me a little bit of hope and it was wonderful to come on today and find that there has been a BFP for Runnerduck - Congratulations! :j

Hi mnc, I've been TTCing for a similar time as you.
I've been to the doctors since June 2010.
I think of going to the doctors and getting those tests as a good practise run for labour:p

Good luck, 36 is still young:)

    Hi Mnc - welcome!

I've been TTC since Sept 09, so not long behind you!

QQ - glad to hear 36 is still young...that means at 37 I'm just young+1!

When do they start your IUI tests - are you on about CD8-9ish now?

I'm CD13, and OPK line remains dark without it being a +ve.

That means we're still on duty when we're staying with friends in London. Oh joy - that means I'll have to deploy the bathtowel on the floor and the chair against the door..!
