Thanks ladies . My problem is that I'm a bit of a control freak and I hate that this TTC malarky isn't going to plan! Not helped by the fact that DH has had to go away for work today and assuming AF arrives in the next few days, we will be spending my next fertile period in different countries ...oh well, the Dr doesn't need to know that and at least it takes us one month closer to getting more help!

Q, I know absent DH is a problem you sometimes face - how do you cope?? Ever tempted to stick a sample in the freezer or is that just me?!

I'm mightily depressed this a.m. I even got another damn evap line today, but it vanished again. I know I'm not pg. I'm so unhappy, I have a headache from crying this morning. PMT hormones aren't helping, I'm sure.

Something else that didn't help was a pg woman literally rubbing my face in it at a coffee shop earlier. I'd bent down to tie my shoelace and when I looked up, there it was - her bl00dy bowling ball stomach, centimetres from my nose. I was tempted to shout: ' get that thing away from me!', but thankfully I didn't.

I produced 2 eggs last IUI, but the sample DH produced was abysmal:o He abstained for 2 days for that, but this time, he's going to abstain for 5 days to see if it'll improve things:p

I had HSG last week (clear), so hoping that'll help too:)

What did the evap look like? Any colour?

Hi QQ - no, no colour to it, sadly. I tried to convince myself, but it vanished quickly enough. Still, that sort of thing is less frustrating than the evap lines I've seen before with the Cleablue tests, when a proper - albeit asymmetric - cross has appeared, but is actually a big fat nothing. I should sue!

Knowing my luck, AF will arrive Sat and I won't even be able to get to the hospital to do the CD01 FSH test, and therefore won't be able to start Clomid on CD02 (fertility specialist wanted to see FSH result in a normal cycle before I start the Clomid.)

I had my FSH test on CD2:)

I have not been in your position but I know its hard for you too. At least you get a try every month - odds must work out better.

It is unfair, especially when you see 16 year old having babies just to get a flat. I just wondered if it will ever be my turn or maybe I am just not meant to be a Mum.
