I am genuinely pleased for you - almost the only time I am not bitterly jealous of other people getting pg, is when it's someone on this thread.

(But I really,really want to get some of those words on a CB digi on of these days myself).

Thanks for the hugs Quaver . I'm 15 dp usual ov but I've fallen out with my cbfm and dont temp so could have ov'd later - if I did then we didn't dtd at the right time. Never mind, if we'd been successful this month, the due date would have coincided with DH's 40th and we're planning a big party so it wouldn't have been good timing!

My feeling of calm has been substituted with feeling of worry. From last Wednesday I've been having strange feeling in my lower tummy and pelvis. It's like burning sensation and very very unpleasant. At first I didn't know what to think of it, then thought it was pg symptom but now I'm worried it may mean something else. it wakes me up in the middle of the night and the only way I know to relieve the discomfort is to empty my bowels.

When I had a scan after clomid, they said they will do an early pg scan for me. i can't wait for it now to make sure it's all ok and not ectopic or anything. Is it too early to call them to enquire about it? i have no idea....

I think you need to be about 6 weeks pg to see something.
In my case I think we saw a sac at 5 weeks, and heartbeat at 7 weeks.

First of all - congratulations.

When I had my course of Clomid, I was advised to test if AF doesn't arrive by certain day (I think it was day 35, but can't be too sure). If it is positive, then call the clinic/hospital for them to arrange the scan.

What CD are you now? I think I would give them a call and say that you had a positive test, and see what they say. I was told they would do scan in week 6, so depending what day you are on, it might be another 2 weeks. The reason being that very early on they cannot see much...

Thanks Jibs and chickpea for your advice, I have been eating lots of eggs but haven't done the milk thing so I will try that too along with pineapple juice.

Have a scan tomorrow and I am a bit nervous. Fingers crossed for lots of follies with nice big eggs in them.

I had my scan today (CD12), and there were 2 follicles both measuring a bit over 11mm, next to each other on my left ovaries.

The doctor thinks I'll ov at the end of the week.
We are going for another scan on Thursday (CD15), and hopefully do the IUI on Friday or Saturday:cool:
