Hi ladies not been on for a while, just waiting for AF to arrive seems odd wanting it to arrive asap (it def will no chance of a bfp this month) just spent 2 nights camping it was gorgeous lovely weather, waking up to hear little lambs all around and little ducks coming up to your tent just what I needed :D

Lw - I am so so sorry whatever you decide next we are here for you x x

JohnnieStar - sorry your having a few troubles, might be early for a bfp if its cd25

princess85 - welcome to the board, hope the appointment goes well x

jiblets1 - I am also a bit worried about the effect of the tablets for everyting to be shut everything down then it all to pumped back up and more must give you a few major lows, I will keep you updated how I get on,

Hope you all have enjoyed the lovely weather x x

I haven't got to that point yet Johnnie, so I don't know what will help and what won't. I worry that I'll just be a general depressed mess. All day, everyday...

    Hello all.

Lisa - sorry to hear tour news. Nothing I'll say will make it better, but you are always welcome here - just know that.

I am finally back in UK. Came back yesterday lunchtime and back to work today. Was very busy time, no time to relax really. And the best part, my suitcase hasn't arrived. With my work stuff, so I will have to do things that I managed to prepare in Word for the future report. Hopefully, this will keep me occupied for today and then my suitcase is due to be delivered to me tonight.

It is CD15 here, so I am not sure if we past OV or not. Anyway, did some bd last night, so hopefully we are in with the chance this month. I am doing no monitoring this month at all - no BBT, no CBFM, no clomid, no follicle tracking. Will see what happens in about 2 weeks time. Ok, I have to get back to work - lots to do (and most important - submit expenses, so I can repay my CC).

I was taling to my neighbour yesterday who's in the middle of going through her IVF drugs. She's so down. She says how awful the drugs are making her feel. She can be a bit prone to depression anyway, and they're really making her entirely withdrawn. I can just see this happening to me. I react really badly to hormones - the clomid was a prime example (and I'm really pleased the consultant hasn't asked me to try those again).
I'm really scared now (and I know that wasn't my neighbours intention!) about how the drugs will affect me, and affect my relationship. Any advice?

When I took my drugs for IVF I was fine. I was warned about the various symtons I could get but I didn't really have anything. I was petrified of needles so that was a big hurdle for me but once I got the hang of it I was rollin. I had to do one in the morning to start and then one in the evening too. I even had accupunture to to help with the lining (more needles). My partner started the injections on me at first (as I wanted him to feel included and I hate needles) but it was easier to do it on myself as you can feel how much pressure you putting on etc.

Maybe I was lucky and not suffering with anything but after my implantation I had bad cramps and my boobs were so tender just taking my bra off killed. I am quite an upbeat personality so maybe that helped.

    Good Luck.
