Lilo, woohoo on the medal! Keep up the good work to earn more...!!
So sorry to read your appointment have been put back again, you are taking the long way around then by boat?!
No BFP here, no PMA here and currently no BDing here either as OH is away to give us both a bit of break from each other, so I'm just soldiering along on my own.
Hope you are all feeling happier, healthier and more determined than me, xx0 -
Hiya all! Long time no see Iv been such a busy girl, What with my wedding ( 7 weeks today!!) that Im totally disorganised for I dont even have music or food! And being away over xmas I havent had a chance to sit about on the computer.
I dont really have the time to read it all today either but I thought Id stick my head in and say hello and let you all know I havent succombed to the cold or anything lol
I have my hycosy on the 26th and for those of you that know me a bit from the other thread you know how psychotic I go when doctors/hospitals are involved, Last night I was watching the boxset of footballers wives I got for my xmas and there was a episode about a baby that was born a boy but had ovaries and stuff. Theres me last night waking up in the middle of the night thinking thats what theyd find when they do the hycosy lol that i have man bits or something Im so ridiculous :rotfl:
The diets going not too bad, I lost over 2st so far but put on 6lbs over christmas like a fat pig and Im so disapointed with myself! Still got a long way to go tho as Im still no Kate Moss lol
Anyway hope everyone is well and I havent missed out on any thing exciting if someone wants to fill me in quickly incase i dont get a chance to read before OH comes back
Wishing you all BFPs:D (well not all of you unless i can come too i dont like being alone!)0 -

Hi all,
thought you might like to get a male perspective on infertility - here's a blog by a guy I follow on twitter called fertilityguy
http://fertilityguy.blogspot.com
He's quite open about what he's going through, and as we've seen on this thread, we very rarely get the insight into how our OH's are feeling.
For those on twitter, there are quite a few people you can find to follow to do with ttc. Search ttc, (or the american's tend to all call themselves infertiles - I don't see many brits do that!) and you'll find quite a community!Am not witty enough to put something cool and informative here:o0 -

Madmac, Im waiting to see if my boat is about to sink!! I have had another dodgy smear, and the only remaining treatment is a hysterectomy. I do not know how bad at the moment, and what they will recommend so I am staying really positive at the moment, and trying desperately to get pregnant this month so at least I could have a baby first! I dont have a bad feeling about it, so I am hoping it will just be a monitoring exercise. Fingers crossed.
I love the blog kizmet made me laugh, especially as I have probably done most of them .............
emmzy, well done on the weight loss, and good luck for the 26th, not long now.
Jibs, thanks for the link, always good to see the mans point of view.
