sorry I am back to moan I managed to get through to someone today and they said oh yeh we faxed your partners appointment request through on thursday (7/01) we had our appointment 8th dec, they have re located but they said we would have our letter by now even with the re loacation. They said oh everything is just so hectic over there which does not give me much hope really, I am slight control freak and like everything to run smooth and this just makes me think its not a good start
stef240377 thanks gives me hope
ginvzt I understand I love to spend time with my nephews 4 & 1 but it always hurts so much going home to an empty house, I really hope your appointment is not changed the snow must go even if its just for your appointment!!0 -
Keep at it nichart, I am sure with perseverance it will be sorted - its just a shame that people cant just do what they are paid to do with efficiency, it would make life far easier!
Dont feel guilty ginvzt, you've done more than me! I have vegged on the sofa all day watching films! I hope DS goes back to school soon, I am getting very lazy. The school road is closed with cones, so I am not hopeful of his return tomorrow, sadly - but there is no info available at present.

Hi all!
Well, today I had another sign that my body is at last recovered from the IVF (after 5 months). Thank goodness!!!!
Welcome to all new members. Lots of love to all the old-timers!
I managed to get up to London today for an induction course. I am one of 500 successful entrants to win the Vodafone "World of Difference". Vodafone are paying me for two months to work for my favourite charity! Due to other commitments with the charity, I am unable to start until April, but it is certainly something to look forward to!!! Returning down here afterwards felt like returning to the third world with our skid pan pavements and roads! Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

Angela, that sounds exciting, and well done for making it into the 500!
Nichart, moan away! But don't fret too much, that sounds like just a teeny tiny blip in what will be a great 2010 for you, fingers crossed, x
Lilo, my CBFM always shows low on CD6 and high from CD7 onwards - then showing a peak around CD13-15. It has been the same for quite a few months now, so I'm not sure how much it is helping and it would be much more MSE to stop using it! So I'm going to, I think, when I use up my current pack of sticks.
Ginvzt, my PMA is well and truly buried somewhere and hasn't appeared for quite a while - but as I'm now 39 then time is practically non-existent to start my family, let alone add to it. I'm not sure I can carry on pretending we might one day be successful as I know in my heart of hearts we won't be. My OH is in his own bubble and just bounces around ignoring the obvious! So that was my long-winded way of saying I know how hard things can be and I also send you a huge hug, x0 -
Thanks madmac, I am USUALLY regular as clockwork, give or take, but last month I was high from day 6 - day 26 I think, I used all 20 sticks, anyway! I ended up with a 42 day cycle! I cant remember the last timeI had one that long - but I think the antideps screwed up my cycle. Better luck this month!
Dont worry too much about your age, I am 41 in April, and the Doctors still did fertility sparing surgery so it cant be that ridiculous! Just remember it only takes one sperm and one egg, I have my fingers crossed for all of you.
Hugs, liloLive on £4000 a year again for 20110 -
Hi ladies!
Feels like I haven't posted on this thread for ages so I thought I'd show my face, even though I have nothing to report.....except maybe some frustration
Started spotting on 2nd, AF arrived 9th (v.heavy) but had slowed right down by the next day. Now just waiting for 'end of af spotting' to finish.
Its only been 10 days but feels like weeks since we have been able to 'do' anything
I'm sorry for those of you who are having a rough time at the moment and I hope you get your PMAs back soon!

Angela, that sounds exciting, and well done for making it into the 500!
Thanks very much! There were over 1000 applicants.Lilo, my CBFM always shows low on CD6 and high from CD7 onwards - then showing a peak around CD13-15. It has been the same for quite a few months now, so I'm not sure how much it is helping and it would be much more MSE to stop using it! So I'm going to, I think, when I use up my current pack of sticks.
I am amazed you get these results. I have had a rest myself for the last couple of months - mainly because my AF was right in the middle of the holiday and the thought of testing on holiday was too much. I don't get a rise over a few days - I am low until the day before my ovulation - then I shoot straight up!! I wonder if this is also a reflection in my mood too! Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

Hi ladies.
I'm gracing you with my presence twice in one day :rotfl:
Spotting has pretty much stopped so we can (fingers crossed) have some fun tomorrow night
My periods seem to really drag themselves out as I'm getting older. These days I get spotting/dbs for a few days before AF, then have 1-2 days of very heavy bleeding followed by a few days of spotting/dbs. In all I'm probably out of action for 10-12 days a month. Its very annoying!!:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0
