Lucy - Best of luck with the three eggs.:easter_ba Hope you got quality rather than quantity;)
Tea - Hugs for the uti. My aunt gets a lot of those and really recommends the cranberry capsules too.
BZ - Hi, have you gotten used to being pregnant yet?
T2D - Our GPs do blood tests at the surgery. My nearest hospital is approx 1 hour in the car (unfortunately the AC hospital is even further).
Its my assessment on Wednesday. I am hoping and praying for a positive test tomorrow so I don't have to go. If they decide to start treatment for IUI or IVF straight away about how many appointments should I expect per cycle. I live quite a distance so will have to arrange cover for work.0 -
I think I had about 12 appts. I had a scan & blood test every other day, plus of coursr there was then ec & et. It's a 2-3 hr round trip each time so i feel your pain on that one! Have everything crossed you won't be needing the appt after all x.
ETA: that was short protocol, no idea if you'd need more appts with long protocol.0 -
Wow that does make me feel lucky. I'm a 2 min drive from my drs, and I have 4 hospitals within 35 minutes of me! So when you get pregnant there is a choice of 2, used to be 3 but apparently the maternity unit is closed at the moment for staff shortages. Not that I currently have this to worry about though unfortunately!0

...and now my endo support group leader is pg. Marvellous.
I wish I could at least grit my teeth & be pleased for them, I know it hasnt been easy. But I don't feel pleased at all, I feel very, very angry. I feel like how f'ing dare they. It's my turn, & it's not fair.
I also feel ashamed of myself for being such a b.itch.0 -

it is slowly sinking in, mainly cos I do have some symptoms and keep having various appointments, at which I have to mention it like it's fact! I very much feel like it's too good to be true, and am equal parts excited and anxious about the scan (to check ectopic) on thursday (if it is, I'm basically going to have to choose to abort, aren't I? _pale_), but trying to enjoy every moment of it for however long it lasts - I've worked damned hard for this!
Feeling better that I've gotten past the 6wk point and that my cb digi's have gone up accordingly
Tealover, they found endo on/around the tubes from kidneys to bladder too
Good luck lucy"I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0
