Beneficial Claims

Beneficial Claims????????????? anyone heard of them? Hi I am looking for a short term loan & I went through an application with Yes loans, they put me through to Beneficial claims- they say they can write off my credit card balance of £3577.04 if I took out the card before 2007, they want to charge me £250.00 to do this & say that their success rate is extremely high, just wondering if anyone else has come across this company & is it a scam or do they do as they say? please advise asap?
Many Thanks, Jo

So you were looking for a loan but ended up with someone saying they can write an existing debt off for a small fee for you and you really have to ask whether it is a scam or not??

Did you get your short term loan?

Let them give you one name of a client where they have been successful.
  • hi, they said they work for the ministry of justice, and Martin Lewis says if you use one of these companies-make sure theyre registered with the ministry of justice, I have checked the website and they are members, just wondering if anyone out there has used them and got a result? Cheers

You don't get it do you - nobody has any provable record of success.
All this mumbo jumbo about ministry of justice is a smokescreen - it might be better for you if they were members of the ministry of sound!
  • yeh thanks for 'your' opinion, I'm no legal eagle & I thought advice was the whole idea of this forum? o well I'll go listen to the ministry of sound eh?

If you aint got anything worth saying

I think I have given you good advice - in fact the insult thrown back at me shows that the info touched base and that you would be very stupid indeed to pay for something that you can do for yourself for free.
Ministry of sound it is then Aaaaaaaacccccccccccccccciiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiddddddddddddddd!!!!!!!!!
  • Ministry of Silly Walks is also recommended.

They are highly likely to be exactly the same as every other organisation that has been discussed to death in these forums, as even a cursory search would show you, right down to the fee payable in advance for something you can do yourself right down the claim to work for the ministry of justice who have refuted the idea that any of these places "work for" them.

If something sounds too good to be true that would be because it is.
If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything
  • they are a rip off DONT USE THEM

They will have probably said we will 'try' to get your charges back
    .
They will 'try' then they will say 'well, we tried but we couldn't'

They have legally got your money out of you and they are laughing all the way to the bank
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
