I'm with you nunny. Dinner is midday meal and tea is evening meal. I lived in America for a bit and that really messed with my head. Everyone kept asking if I'd had my tea yet!!! I thought they were asking about the evening meal but they were always meaning a cup of tea!!! I was most confused. :rotfl:

Clearly the pig flu is rotting your brain! But I'll forgive you! :p

I'm officially allowed a BFP now. My new mattress is here and will support myself with a big fat bump nicely! I'm so excited. I want to put it on the bed but DH is still led in it snoring away!!!

They should have instructions on the back of the packet feelie.

If not, the way I use mine is to wee into a container (I use plastic cups) and leave it somewhere to get to room temperature (10-15 mins) Dip the stick in for 10 seconds and then lay it horizontally somewhere for 2-3 minutes. Result should appear in 10 minutes or less. Mine on day of ovulation appeared in less than 10 seconds.

Desperate for the toilet but I can't go, need to keep it in until after dinner, as thats what I've done the pat 3 days and I need it to be under the same test conditions......lol!!

i thought that the ov stick needs to be room temperature, not the wee?!

I've got another 6-7 in the bathroom so I'll do another one this afternoon and have a looksee at it. If it stays the same as yesterday and Sunday I'll take it that I might not be pg....unless AF stays away....please stay away!!

Nunnygirl please don't build your hopes up using OPK, I put the picture of mine on here last week at 12 dpo & the day after, I got AF. I really thought I would get a BFP, I won't trust any IC any more.

If anyone is wanting OPK or HPT at the moment, Tesco are doing both their own brand & clearblue at half price but I think it ends either today or tomorrow.

Thanks Natalie I can understand where you're coming from. I'm not building my hopes up using them, I just thought I would use them and see what the result was. If I get AF, I get her, I can say I've tried one way or the other.

I know you need a positive OPK before you can even think about pregnancy, but I've been reading that you will get a positive on a HPT before an OPK.

With regards wee being room temperature I didn't think it mattered, I've just been following the instructions on the back of the packet
