Will my Ov sticks have instructions? What do I do with them?

I'm the same. I've had the taste in my mouth for a good few days now though and I can smell washing powder on everything I own...even my dressing gown which I haven't washed for a while and didn't smell of washing powder at the beginning of the week. It's horrible. Can folic acid cause a metallic taste?

I think the exhaustion is more the end of school catching up with me though. I'm thinking I might try and get some nice sneaky pics in over the next few weeks/months for SIL and then put a nice photo album or slideshow together for her. Could give it to her for her birthday (September) or for christmas.

I won't get to see her too much for a while though because her mum is coming up from "down south" to stay with them for 2 weeks. Hopefully it'll help.

If not, the way I use mine is to wee into a container (I use plastic cups) and leave it somewhere to get to room temperature (10-15 mins) Dip the stick in for 10 seconds and then lay it horizontally somewhere for 2-3 minutes. Result should appear in 10 minutes or less. Mine on day of ovulation appeared in less than 10 seconds.

Desperate for the toilet but I can't go, need to keep it in until after dinner, as thats what I've done the pat 3 days and I need it to be under the same test conditions......lol!!

They should have instructions.

Make sure you DON'T do them in the morning.... I pee in a pot, stick in for 10 secs then wait. The line has to be the SAME or STRONGER than the line that confirms test has worked to be a positive. A faint line means nothing.

Hi all. Pg related or not the weird dreams are ongoing, last night Peter Jones from dragons den was trying to stop hubby and I getting in our car (it was actually our real life car too but I've no idea where we were other than parked outside a block of flats at night). He was trying to force us to accept a fruit hamper but we really didn't want it for some reason!

I can remember all these dreams so clearly I could probably draw how they looked to me. See I am bonkers!!!

Nunny, is Dinner evening meal or Lunch? Hopefully the latter, wouldn't want to not be allowed to go to the toilet that often.

Twinklie, that sounds like a nice thing to do. I went the opposite way when my PND was bad, I was so worried about not remembering him that I took about 5,000 photos of the first month or so. I've also got several hours of film of him. I'm glad I did, because the only stuff I really remember of the first month is sitting on the floor sobbing and begging OH to take me back to my Mums because I couldn't cope. One thing that helped me was knowing that my Mum was there, and that I could phone her day or night if I needed someone to talk to. I did phone her at 5am once and it really helped. Perhaps just let your SIL know that you are there if she needs you?

Kelinik - when pregnant I had nightmares every single night, hopefully if I get pregnant again, it'll be interesting dreams like yours instead of scary ones. I do wake up every night thinking spiders are crawling all over the walls though!

See this is what doesnt gel for me. I started using my cbfm this month and the instructions say first wee of the day. But I was using IC's before this month and they all say later in the day. So now Im confused. Im glad it came up today because I've been meaning to ask but kept forgetting. Im tempted to ditch the cbfm and go back to bbt, cm and ic opk's (geez...hows that for shorthand? :rotfl:)

I'm going to have a shower and take ds to stay and play. We are leaving the buggy at home (yes I am trying to get him out of the buggy already because when the next bean comes I want to use a sling and not use a buggy at all.),its half an hours walk so wish me luck. Tomorrows outing will be easy because the childrens centre is doing a "kids fossil trip" in the old abbey which I can see from my bedroom window

I'm originally from the north east so dinner is lunch to me and tea is dinner.....if you get my drift:rotfl:Everything all seems to be screwed up wordwise down here, I'm forever having to re-word things cause people don't understand what I mean

Got to wait until 1pm to do it at least.:o
