  • Oh catw0man what a bittersweet story! Glad your niece was ok though.

Good MSE on your shoes though, my bridesmaids dresses were eBay made to measure from China I think, £80 all in for each dress. Not too bad considering..

Good advice on here courgette (if you can take any in anymore!) - take the time to step back for a moment and just watch everyone else having a good time.

Its all about you and your OH and your commitment to each other and love for each other (and having a big party to celebrate that :) )
Never argue with an idiot, he just brings you down to his level and beats you with experience.

Jennyfleur77 Hope you get on ok at the doctors. I only stopped bleeding on saturday/sunday so that was about 10 days after my mc.
Courgette the days are counting down! ooo i do love weddings, cant wait until the day i can start planning mine (waiting for OH to pop the question!!haha:rolleyes:)

Yeah, I'll have another go tomorrow I reckon. The labyrinthitis is really getting to me now too, I've been off work nearly 4 weeks  so I think I just felt a bit rubbish in myself.

Ladies, these are my symptoms: sore boobs for about a week, nausea (also a symptom of labyrinthitis though), bloating, backache, emotional (couldn't possibly be a non-hormone reason for that though could there ). Supposing these are pg signs rather than AF do you think they'd be strong enough with Friday morning FMU to get a BFP if there's one to be had? Don't want to keep testing, jsut want to be confident the answer's right. I just mean if I already feel sick is it likely the hcg is high enough? Also anyone know how sensitive Tesco own brands are? Doesn't say on packet, just says 99% accurate from day of missed AF

Hi Courgette, I think that all the pregnancy tests are pretty much of the same sort of accuarcy! We did 6 different ones, from about £3 - £20 and they all said the same thing! Make sure you are comfortable with the possibility of every result though before you do the test, I wouldn't want anything to put a dampner on your special day, my emotions were so high by the time my wedding came round I'd have cried/killed at the smallest of upset!!

Emotional could just be wedding build up/mc (I vaguely remember you saying you had one - if I'm wrong, please forgive me :o) related. On the other hand......

I'd be testing, everyone was moaning at me for not drinking/dancing!!

    Evening all;

lots and lots to catch up again! and I can't remember half of what I was going to write.

Lovely pics and stories of weddings. Kinda makes me a bit jealous that I'm not married!

baby names; I like Lois for a girl (as in Lois Lane from superman) but think it would just get mispronounced as Lewis. I've had a lifetime of my name being mispronounced so know what it's like...and I'm fed up of correcting people so I don't bother now! Isla is a lovely name though; my friend's little girl is called Isla.

Big hugs to those feeling ill/stressed/poorly. Lets hope things pick up for you quick smart.

Welcome to new TTC'ers and returning TTC'ers.

    Take care everyone

    Ellie

Are you needing to pee all the time? That's how I knew along with the sore boobs. Have you booked your Edinburgh accommodation? ;):D

Beautiful bride...can't remember who it was now. You lot have been gabbing so much there was loads to catch up with :D

Isla is a beautiful name although I didnt realise it was known outside Scotland. I think it means 'From the Isles.' I also think that 2 vowels are fine. I'm trying to think of famous people with 2 vowels, but I can only think of Vince Vaughan and yes I know V isnt a vowel :p;):D
