Trying For a Baby III

courgette the day before and the morning of are such a whirlwind, I'd test early if I were you, just to be sure and get it over with.
Remember to try your undies on with the dress if you can (I had to change plan as you could see through my dress so had my oh-so-sexy nude anti-vpl knickers on!) I took my nice undies with me to the hotel and got changed there after the ceremony. In fact if you're doing a stocking-thing, you can get shorty knickers with built in suspenders, much less faff than a suspender belt
Try stuff on again tomorrow and buy what makes you feel sexy, you're the only one who notices the "problems" with your body, OHs never do! (I know, I've had this convo with OH plenty of times) And if you feel sexy in something, you'll exude it from every pore and your OH will thank you for it!:pNever argue with an idiot, he just brings you down to his level and beats you with experience.0 -
Good afternoon all, Jenny, sorry you're feeling a bit carp at the moment, it will take time and you should give yourself that time to grieve. Even now, I struggle (my m/c was 15 August) and had a monumental blub in the ladies loos a couple of weeks ago when I found out that a colleague of mine was pg.
Hugs to confuzzled too, I'm so sorry to hear about your boss.
And generally, hugs to everyone else that needs them!
Not a great deal to report here, CD21 for me, so AF due next week. Been getting some random twinges which may or may not be AF pains and was incredibly tired last night (went to sleep at 9.30pm!), trying not to read too much into it, but can't help secretly getting my hopes up.
ETA: Courgette, good luck with the wedding, I hope it all goes well for you - in some ways it's good if you're not pg (although I will be delighted for you if you suddenly announce that you are!) - I was pg for my wedding and I feel like it's marred the memories somewhat as I mc'd two weeks afterwards, I can't look at the pics now without thinking 'I was pg then'0 -

I know exactly what you mean about funny memories, I was at the bus stop this morning when I suddenly remembered the last time I was waiting at that bus stop was on the way to the hospital to find I'd lost both our twins. Burst into tears rather dramatically, good H2B was with me xxx
I'm actually quite happy either way, perhaps even vearing onto to 'would rather not be camp'. It's our first month of trying this time round and I would like to make full use of the free bar when we're in Scotland :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:(tight-fisted Yorkshire lass? Moi?)

Yeah, I'll have another go tomorrow I reckon. The labyrinthitis is really getting to me now too, I've been off work nearly 4 weeks  so I think I just felt a bit rubbish in myself.
Ladies, these are my symptoms: sore boobs for about a week, nausea (also a symptom of labyrinthitis though), bloating, backache, emotional (couldn't possibly be a non-hormone reason for that though could there ). Supposing these are pg signs rather than AF do you think they'd be strong enough with Friday morning FMU to get a BFP if there's one to be had? Don't want to keep testing, jsut want to be confident the answer's right. I just mean if I already feel sick is it likely the hcg is high enough? Also anyone know how sensitive Tesco own brands are? Doesn't say on packet, just says 99% accurate from day of missed AFUpdating soon...0 -
I like Isabelle but our surname is Mitchell and DH said that it will get shorted to Izzy Mitch which will then become Dizzy B itch!! where do they get these things from???? lol
I love May as a middle name, it's my grandma's name so will definitely use it if we have a girl.
CAFC - have u been ok since the spotting you had at weekend? I think Isla is a lovely name
Thanks hun
Ive had a lot of cramping and generally feeling a bit "wet" down there, so everytime i need the loo I get really nervous and hate it.
Had an internal scan and its all where it should be, had a sac with yolk sac within and what she thinks it the fetal pole but too early to say too much for sure just said it all looked promising...
im just desperately trying to be positive, and think about other things, cant believe iv got like 6 weeks to wait until im past the real danger zone.. part of me wishes I hadnt found out till like 9 weeks or something!Wealth is not measured by currency0 -

On the wedding underwear, I bought mine a few weeks before, I felt very nice and classily sexy IYKWIM and come the wedding day I'd lost too much weight and they looked awful on me:( So went with just the stockings and adjustable suspender belt and luckily DH had bought me a present which I wasn't to open til the morning of the wedding...a pair of cute, lacy white knickers with 'something blue' written on the butt so wore those:D Luckily DH knows my sizes better than me:rolleyes::rotfl:
CAFC I have a friend called Miriam, it's a classic name and she's known as Mimsi:D Personally I think Mimsi is definitely up there as one of the cutest names ever for a little girl:D:D:D
Courgette you'll have a fab day no matter what, just please make sure you do take a step back and watch the goings on for a few mins if you can....its amazing:D and also surreal!!
Anyone else have the feeling they were hovering above everyone just watching the goings on?! I didn't actually feel as though I was there IYKWIM:o1.11.09 - debt = £45k:eek:
[STRIKE]Car Loan = £0[/STRIKE] CCCS Total = £30,246.88 Total Debt Paid off - 32.78%
