I have everything crossed for you Gena.
It looks as though our ttc is probably going on hold for 3 years. Can't realistically expect it to work if we are living 2 and a half hours apart! I'm gutted but I'd never deny him his dream. I'm still only 28 so 3 years will still leave me plenty of time (fingers crossed). Besides which, we techically don't have to wait till he's finished we could start trying sooner - as long as birth would only be after he finished.

  • Where is everyone?!
Never argue with an idiot, he just brings you down to his level and beats you with experience.
  • It is very quiet on here lately! I'm stuck in bed despite being on holiday - OH picked up some sort of bug on the plane which has now hit me full force so I feel rotten. And I can't really take anything to make myself feel better....

However, I'm now past the point where I MC last time, I have major morning nausea which is threatening to turn into full blown sickness, and my obsessive HPT use suggests I am very definitely pregnant!

    Still terrified though!

Gena, that sounds very positive - how long is your LP normally?

Thanks for your good wishes ladies. Scotsgirl - I think my LP used to be around 16 days before my mc, I used to ov early and I think my cycle has finally settled back to how it used to be this month. AF was due Thursday or Friday so I'm officially late. I'm not letting my brain use that though because I know from reading this thread that cycles go a bit weird sometimes!

, sorry about your decision, but of course you'll still have loads of time in 3 years (or 2 years and 3 months!). Hows the work on the house going?

Hope that pain stays away Lildevil!

    Good Morning everyone,

How are we this sunday morning?
I woke up in a really good mood after having a really "real" dream last night that at christmas me, hubby, my sis and bro in law were all having this most lush christmas in the North, and I had a little pregnancy bump going on....

  • Good morning lovely ladies
CAFCGirl - I love having those dreams - i have had a few like that since my mc and although I thought they would upset me, but they fill me with hope and I wake up happy. "Dreams can come come true" (Gabrielle?)
I've been lurking around and popping in for the last few weeks afer my mmc at the beginning of august but having now been delighted with the arrival (and departure) of my first AF we are now officially ttc again...
We BD'd last night for the first time since we lost our little bean - too be honest I had been dreading it as i thought i might get all emotional and scare my OH off...but it seems that in the event i had other things on my mind :D (TMI??) I almost feel glad to have gotten it out of the way so we can now get on with enjoying ttc.
My OH is away working from tomoro till friday and I have convinced myself that i will probably be at my most fertile while he away - but i figure jumping him as soon as he gets home on friday we might be lucky - "hello darling, you've had a really busy and hard week working - oh well never mind would you mind just popping upstairs so we can get down to business...the poor lad!" ....
*Kamperkat wonders how she can distact OH from the grand prix later today......*

Much love and babydust to you all

well we had a nice walk this morning with our puppy and in holy sacred church grounds (disused I add) DH said " take ur pick sweet gentle love making or hot and sweaty baby dance, or do you just want a quick fumble for the goodies"

    LOL

I think you've got to share the fun of it sometimes, otherwise it really does become a chore...
