thanks again i know a few of you have had a m/c can you tell me how long you bled for?? its starting to get to me now

Hi 1more. Not sure how far along you were, but at just 4w I bled really painfully and heavily for about four or five days and less so until the eighth day. My usual periods are heavy and painful for at least two or three, but this was unlike any other. Was just glad my body was doing it naturally so no medical intervention necessary.

On a brighter note, I got my BFP on Thursday! Fingers crossed its good and sticky.

Hello & Welcome to all newbies, congrats on the bfp(s) skimmed through quickyl so can't really remember much:o

Well I'm back:D And despite being on holiday not mananged to bd:( AF decided to be a cowbag and stayed til Wednesday and the other days we were just too tired:o Managed to do loads though and although I liked NYC gotta say I LOVED Vegas:D:D:D Its a totally amazing place and we'll definitely go back...in about a billion years when we can afford it:rolleyes: No photos yet as I;m a complete techno-phobe and DH is going to do them, plus trying to stay awake and am finding anything midless to do.....we've been awake(with a couple of dozes) for about 20 hours now:eek:

And what happened to the list in my absense I'm disappointed ladies!!

right I'm now off to either forage for some food or phone for some food.............god I'm dreading the scales tomorrow :D

No ttc news but just wanted to let you know that my OH got his PhD application accepted and is now a Dr in waiting! :j I'll explain more tomorrow...gotta go round to my brother and sis inlaws house now to baby cuddle.

1more - my mc was pretty similar to a normal period, possibly a little lighter. I think it varies a lot from person to person.

Confuzzled - Vegas is fab isn't it? I went last year, and will be back there again next week, can't wait.

1more, I opted to have a D&C, so bled for about 3 weeks in total (1 from the start of the mc and another 2 after the D&C). It does vary from person to person though - it is a very strange and confusing time so lots of dodgy :grouphug: for you.

News from here is that AF seems to be imminent, I'm getting some blood when I wipe, so should be here over the next day or two. In some ways it's a relief because it may give me an idea of whether my cycles will to back to normal, I think today is day 29 (I think, but would need to check my diary to be sure!), so seems to be fairly similar.

i was 5 weeks pg & i have bled for 2 weeks very strange its seams to be almost stopping then starting again:mad::mad::mad: ive been to the dr & they said to go back in 2 weeks, that 4 weeks if it doesnt stop !!!!!

im ok about the m/c just wish the bleeding would stop so today i have to go to my sisters baby shower this could be fun couldnt of come at a better time hey!!! i am soo pleased for her just could do with out it day & none of them know we are ttc let alone that we have m/c

I waited 1 week from our scan for the bleeding to start and then when it did, it really did, was in agony with the pain but it only really lasted for 2 days in that full flow and then i had another 4 or 5 days of light period like flow...

like others have said though, everyone is different...

1more - I had spotting for 3 days then a scan confirmed my mc, I had a d&c the next day and the bleeding stopped after about 4-5 days. Sorry its dragging on for you. Have you thought about telling your mum or your sister? (Obviously I don't mean telling your sister the day of her baby shower.)

I'm CD29, 18dpo. I have tried really really hard but I'm afraid my hopes are now well and truly raised - I'll probably need help scraping me up off the floor if this all ends badly:o. Whenever my brain isn't busy with something else (quite often it seems!) it tells me all the reasons why I might be pg, then I have to argue each point in an attempt to stay sane!:D I plan to test in the morning if I make it that far - Confuzzled please don't add me to the list though. Fingers crossed.....
