yeah thats my major struggle because i have to work such long days by the end of it ive just got no energy, perhaps when ive given up my current job (only 9 working days left to go) I'll have an easier day...Wealth is not measured by currency0

i allways feel more in the mood if i make an effort with myself ie:doing hair and make up and sometimes sexy underwear other oh doesnt mind either
although cant say i get round to making the effort very often. how is every one today?

Hi everyone!
CAFC - it sounds like your job has been dragging you down somewhat, I think once you've lost the stress of working there you'll be in a much better place to spend quality time in general (and ttc time in particular:D) with your OH.
Twinklie - good luck for your interview tomorrow!
Bitzer - I forgot about your bad day yesterday, good to see things are improving.
CD26, 15 dpo. AF is due tomorrow or Friday. I know dwelling is no good but my brain doesn't cooperate. The unusual thing for me with this cycle is that I know I definitely ov'd and that we BD'd (a lot) at the right time - I've never had that knowledge before. Oh I must not get my hopes up!!!0 -
Hi all! Welcome gettingthereslowly - the ttc thing takes more out of you than you expect I think!
How are you doing 1more?
Sounds like you need these 9 days to go asap CAFC :grouphug: hopefully you can get yourself back right once you've left your job. Life never makes anything easy does it?!
twinklie - is it your interview already? Or is it OHs? Good luck either way
Gena - thanks honey
Madmac and LeopardLady nice to "see" you, how's your respective PMA going?
scotsgirl - are you sure you're on your hols?!
lildevil and katyj10 - I admire you both for giving up caffeine, I've just had to cut down, I can't give up my morning coffee, there would be no bding and probably no OH after about 36 hours...:rotfl:
Who have I missed? catw0man, ellie, jacobsmumand snuggle- hi
*phew* going for a lie down now...:rotfl:Never argue with an idiot, he just brings you down to his level and beats you with experience.0 -
There does seem to be a few of us around at the mo; by the time i've updated myself I've forgotton who has said what! My memory loss is due to age and not pregnancy unfortunately!
So sorry 1more. xx
CAFC; god I wish I only had 9 working days left! I have a feeling that once that is out of way you'll find plenty of ways to get your va va voom back and it will be all systems go!
To everyone else good luck in your endeavors this month/cycle.
p.s welcome to gettingthereslowly; this site is addictive and you will soon be a bit of an authority on all manner of subjects; and, it is a rollercoaster but at least we're all in it together. You'll find that you won't experience anything that someone on here hasn't been through which is a great comfort (although not necessarily in a good way iyswim). Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that you're not alone!
Night night everyone.
pps. did anyone see Derren Brown predicting the national lottery numbers! probably a load of hookum but I'll still be watching him on Friday night!!!!!!!!!0 -
I am I promise! my body is not adjusting to the time difference very well so I'm often awake at stupid o clock in the morning!

Ooh, good luck for the interview tomorrow!
Things that suggest you may be close to ovulation are: (these all involve you being non-squeamish and having a feel in your, err, foof..)
*Your cervical mucus may become "eggwhite" (where it is slippery and stretchy and will pull apart between your finger and thumb without breaking) or "watery" (where its like water - clear and runny). You may be able to feel these externally too.
*Your cervix may go "high", possibly to the point where you cannot reach it!
*It also may go "soft" where it will feel similar to your lip when touched. Your cervix may also be "open" but if you already have a DS it will always feel a little open so that may not be a good enough sign for you.
All is well in the house of Bitzer, got a peak on my cbfm today and all my other signs agree. Its good to know these last few days of stress haven't affected my ov

Hi all, been away for a few days and expected to come back to loads of posts, but you girls have been quite quiet over the past fews days!
welcome to gettingthereslowly and anyone else I have missed.
Hugs to 1more and those that need them (sorry to not quote anyone else but memory going)!
I am on CD15 and have EWCM (i only check when I wipe, jacobsmum as I am also not ready to check the other signs of ov :embarasse), so lots of bding for me over the next few days.
Need some advise on dieting. have noticed that my normally flat stomach is starting to protude a little and clothes getting a bit tight , so think I need to go on a diet for a bit. Are there any diets that are good for TTC, or bad? or should I just stick to trying to eat well and lay off the take aways????0
